Ricky’s NYC Cult Crushes Beauty Box – July 2018 Spoiler!

This first spoiler is Sold at Wal Mart $18.00. Not sure about the rest of you but I’d like products that are not sold at a drugstore or dollar store? I can drive to my local Wal Mart if I want this product and choose the color I like. With a 27% increase from $11.00 to $14.00 a month….am I wrong for thinking the box would get better? Other than the price increase I see no change other than many subscribers being very dissapointed and a huge cancellation for this subscription.

I swapped for a super dark purple lipstick from this brand/formula and love it! Two coats, and it’s locked down all day no matter what I eat or drink. But a good lippiestix spoiler isn’t enough to make me resubscribed after very disappointing May and June boxes.

Seems like a lot of people have already gotten this lippie either in October 2017 or last May as an early when they had missing items.
Spell Bound seems to be the color people have gotten.

I actually went “Oh that looks nice!”…until I saw that reviews were pretty mixed about it. Blah.

I am paused and this spoiler does not make me want to unpause. I am afraid I would get a goth color that does not work for me . I am pretty sure that is what Cult Crushes is about so I am not hating on them I would just hate that lipstick on me!! Lol. This was in October 2017 box to so if you want idea what colors were sent watch unboxing. I am concerned that we are going to get what was in that box July because people who got their box late May myself included got stuff from October box. Buzzing lip balm and micellar wipes were also in that box and were May goody . I do not want any of those !! I got the wipes.

This is an item they sent out before in a regular box. Not as a replacement or bonus item, but in a regular monthly box. It was in the October 2017 box. Alexandria Ryan still has her October 2017 unboxing posted on YouTube and sure enough there it is.

I don’t want to get too excited for July yet. Hoping I don’t still want to cancel after I get this box. This is a nice start tho! I signed up for Rickys, in the first place, because they sent items that most other beauty subs don’t.
Hopefully we’ll get some bright colors!

This was the “surprise” item they put in my box last month from the cleaning water fiasco. I’m really glad I paused. I’d be upset if I got the exact same lippie again this month. Now I’m curious if that’s what they did last month, just move around some inventory for this month to supplement the supply chain issue they had. Hmm…

I liked the color… a super dark purple. Just don’t like having an exact repeat item. -_-

Ooooh! I looked on LA Splash’s website, and this line of lippies includes some metallics and some duochromes, like one that’s dark violet-green! Fingers Crossed!

They sent this to me in my May box. I got 2 May boxes and only one of them had the lipstick. I got a deep purple color.

So glad I canceled!

I got this Lipstick before box! I like this! (^^) But It was too dark shade for me. ( That time was every things are too dark color for me…. I wish they ask to people skin color tone….) I hope that i get nude color this time!
