The Original Mickey Monthly Box comes in two sizes: Classic or Magic. There are several other customization options you can choose from regarding the items, gender, and age.

Mickey Monthly Original Box June 2018 Review
This was my first time receiving a Mickey Monthly Original Box and I was excited to see how it would differ from the Theme Park Edition that we have been receiving. We received 4 items in our box this month:
Disney Loungefly Cruella De Vil Button - Estimated Value $2.50 (Based on these similar pins).
This little button is a Disney/Loungefly collaboration and I think it’s a great design featuring Cruella De Vil. Any Disney villain fan will appreciate this one! It’s a small button just over an inch in diameter.
Disney Loungefly Peter Pan Coin/Cosmetic Bag - Estimated Value $9.00 (based on similar styles available from Loungefly)
The second item we received was another Disney/Loungefly collaboration and I was really impressed with the quality of this little coin/cosmetic/pencil bag. The striped interior lining is nice and the whole bag feels like it will wipe clean very easily. I really love all of the prints that they have on their website, but I think this Peter Pan print we received is great for a gender-neutral option. It’s bright and colorful and super detailed with all of the various characters. I love that they included the crocodile, too! I haven’t decided what to use this for, but it’s a good size to keep small travel size items in, maybe in our diaper bag or car.
Dio Candle Company Flight of Passage Super Adorable Candle, 8 oz - Estimated Value $20 (based on similar candles)
The next item in our box was this 8 oz candle from Dio Candle Company. It is handmade from 100% soy and the label itself is very pretty and great for the Avatar theme! I couldn’t find the Flight of Passage candle on their website, but there are a ton of different Disney and book themed candles! I really love this concept and I like that the names just hint at what they are for, such as this Enchanted Rose candle that I linked to. The candle came with a screw on lid which keeps the scent inside, which is good because it’s a little too strong for me. It smells very fruity with a hint of florals on the end.
O2COOL Disney Mickey Mouse Misting Fan - Retail Value $22.99 (found here for $17.95)
This was a fun item to receive in a June box! A perfect item to take to the beach with us next month! This fan is really big and very easy to operate. It came with the batteries included, which is always nice! The water reservoir is fairly big so I think that this will be large enough to keep the whole family cool. I love that it also has a strap with a Velcro closure so that we can either wear this around our necks or strap it to a stroller or bag!
Verdict: Our Mickey Monthly Original Box had a good mix of items in it this month. I was curious to see what they would send for ages 18+ and I think that they did a great job of including gender neutral items that an adult can use. I estimate the total value of this box to be $54.49 and the cost of the box is $49.55 ($39 +$10.55 shipping), so it’s only about a $5 savings overall, but if you’re a true Disney fan and want a monthly surprise mix of items, then this is a great option. Plus, you can probably customize it more to your preferences by changing the age and gender for your items!
