Liz and Breo Box: Thank you so much for posting about (and having) this promotion! I’ve been interested in Breo Box for awhile but never took the dive. Was just looking at Instax for summer concert memories and so this promotion is just perfect. I’m so excited!!

I love that they are rewarding their loyal customers. Both the survey and the price tiers are fantastic ideas! I am super bummed at the timing of it though. I live on the east coast so I was fast asleep when my survey email came at 11pm. I didn’t see it until 6 this morning, I filled it out right away, but judging by these posts it seems like a lot of people were waiting for it. I had no idea it was coming. Kinda stinks that they gave select people a heads up but not all their current subscribers. If they were going to put the information out there that this perk was coming an email to all their customers would have been a nice way to level the playing field.

I’m actually excited now. I was uninterested in the Spring box, but when Breo offered a $99 Intro Sale to grab one of the leftover Winter 17 boxes I jumped on board, but twice I went to cancel because there weren’t any spoilers and then held off before forgetting to cancel on time. The new system and promise that this is going to be a good box, plus the survey prize being something I’m really excited about (I think I managed to get it in the first 20 minutes, it came in while I was on a work call) has changed my regret of not cancelling a complete mystery box.

Hey Breo Box people, I tried emailing you multiple times over the past day. I was charged for this box though I had canceled MULTIPLE times and have not received a box in over a year. NO ONE has responded to me. Please help me!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!! My bank account is under water!!! PLEASE REFUND ME I DO NOT WANT THIS BOX!!!!!!!!!!

For those of you who are waiting, their CEO Aleksandar sent out the survey link. I have completed it and replied with a screencapture of the finished page of the survey. How are we supposed to know if we made it to the first 100? Anyway, I thought this is such an awesome awesome deal! I follow Breobox since it started and finally decided to sub for the Winter box. I gifted to to my husband before he left for deployment (he is in the Air Force) and I just saw the biggest smile on his face. He rarely treats himself to anything and the selection for Winter was so wonderful it was like Christmas morning for a 5-year old when he was doing the unboxing. I am a believer of Breo!

I contacted cs to cancel yesterday as I also wanted spoilers before committing. I received an email from the ceo who explained their new loyalty program and promised that this box would be the best ever. I decided not to cancel. I do have to say that I disagree with your dollar store comment as I was very pleased with it but to each his own.

It would have been nice for Breo to let current subscribers in on the loyalty program instead of just coming across it on MSA AFTER being charged. Communication is helpful when you want to retain subscribers. I forgot I was being charged due to NO spoilers and NO communication from Breo. Now it’s on my calendar.

I’m in agreement with dollar store item inclusion:

The spring box ice mold I found at the dollar store. The coffee press was sadly leaky and unusable.

The winter box I received the gaudy blue shower plastic holders that I will never use- also found at the dollar store. I tried to put together the winter puzzle, but the quality was so poor I ended up just pitching it. If puzzle pieces won’t stay connected because the cut is sub-par, it kind of makes the whole concept of putting a puzzle together a waste of time. That being said, my daughter enjoyed the ear buds from the last box, but I don’t pay $140 just for ear buds.

I was charged today for the summer box and it will be our 3rd box. I think it’s the first time there have been no spoilers. I wasn’t planning to cancel but I’m happy to hear the comment you received from the CEO. I also love that they’re rewarding loyal subscribers. The dollar store comment was harsh. Not everything in the past 2 boxes has been big hits but everything has been good quality from trusted brands. We are anxiously awaiting our summer box!!
