Wow. Not one positive comment. We truly are entitled in the sub box community, eh? The box is called BeautyFix and the company sells all types of products. They occasionally put a make-up product in the box and I love that. This box has a great mix of hair, skincare and make-up products. They NEVER claimed to be skincare only. It’s a beauty box 🙂

Mine was positive in that I like the Glo make up that I’ve used so far.

I want skincare! I won’t judge the box by one item, but not off to a good start.

This is my favorite subscription box, but W👏T👏F👏?!? A matte lip crayon in deep red? And this is their first spoiler? I’m concerned. Usually they reveal their best items first. I’m with a lot of you guys- yikes.

For me it seems that every other month is a hit or miss for me this year. I’ve only cancelled once this yr so far, please don’t make me cancel July’s month lol
Either way I absolutely love beautyfix

I just canceled. I have too many lip products. I will resub if the box gets better but it’s too close to billing time to take the chance.

Seriously, I must be the only person in America who has a nude lip-shade that is more purple-bruise-mauve than pink or coral. I love a nude lip, but I can’t find a shade that doesn’t look clownish on me. I don’t think I’ll cancel, as I try every nude to make sure it isn’t my “perfect” nude shade.

You’re not the only one — the struggle is real!! I also have a mauve natural lip — darker and more grey/cool than “nude” lippies tend to be. I still haven’t quite found the perfect “my lips but better” shade. Nars Velvet Lip Glide in “Bound” is one of the closer ones, but still not quite it.

Me too!!! I search and search but so far only Nars “Bound” makes the cut!! If you ever find your nude lip holy grail…spread the word!!

I actually do like lip crayons, but I would like to see more spoilers – I just have so much product overload that I don’t like chancing it anymore. I might cancel and resub if I like later spoilers.

I hope we get another spoiler before billing date, otherwise I will cancel. I don’t use matte lip colors, and I subscribed to get skincare, not makeup.

I don’t mind makeup and I like the color, but is it supposed to be blush or a lip crayon? It says it’s “Skin Beauty”.

I have this exact crayon in trademark. I loved that it had a built in sharpener and has good staying power. I put it on in the morning and even after lunch the color is still there. I don’t think this is meant for the face though. It’s very heavy in color saturation and dries matte fairly instantly. It would not do well at all do well as a blush if that helps.

No more makeup! I subscribe to this box for the skin care. I don’t even wear makeup besides mascara and eyeliner, which I have enough of to last me until I’m 86, thanks to sub boxes. I may have to cancel, which will be the first time in few years. So sad…

They used to put 1 makeup item in every box a while ago it seemed like. Don’t worry guys, it’s still skincare heavy. But yeah sucks the makeup item is full size. And I’ve tried some things from glo beauty and not impressed. Haven’t tried their makeup though. I’ve tried their body scrub, lotion, and body wash and it was meh lol. I hope we have one more fill size in skincare or some really killer products

They used to be Glo Mineral makeup and I’ve used their concealer for years, love it esp under my eyes. The beauty spa that introduced it to me was an aromatherapy day spa emphasizing natural skin care. I don’t know if their new company has changed the formula.
Bu yes I do agree with you about another lip product. We get too many in boxes, even though I use and love them!

Hated to do it, but canceled. Last month’s box set the bar too high – now I’m spoiled!

I mean… is there any harm in cancelling the auto-fill monthly subscription and just resubscribing again if the spoilers get better? I know the last one sold out pretty quickly… but then it seemed like there were more of them a week later…

Barb
I don’t remember a single Beautyfix box that sold out. Until a few days into the month, it says sold out but the sale of that month’s box has not yet begun. There is no risk at all to cancelling and re-subbing, except you will get the box later.

I don’t think that should be a problem at all. I know there are quite a few subscribers that sub to BF on a box-by-box basis because it’s so easy to cancel, then re-sub when they see spoilers they like. 🙂

How do you cancel? I joined last month but may want to bail sonce I have too many products to try. Do you have to call?
Noelle
That would be me…!
Erika
I think this looks nice! I’ll be excited to see the skincare spoilers though, since that’s the main reason I subscribe to beautyfix!

While I’m not necessarily excited about this, I also don’t really mind it either. Better this than a black eyeliner or bronzer/highlighter set I will never use. In any case, Beauty Fix seems to go between having some awesome boxes and some less than stellar ones, but the value is always there. They usually post more spoilers before the billing (on the first). So you should have some idea of what to expect if you are on the fence about this box. Cancelling is super easy as well. I can’t tell you how many times I have cancelled and then rejoined.

Oh no! This is a scary start! 😱. I think I might cancel. I think beautyfix bills and ships fast. Hope there are more spoilers today. No lip crayon gets me excited.

I guess after their spectacular sun screen box they have to regroup??? They seem to reveal hero item first so I might be skipping this month too. Can’t complain they really upped my skin care game and I enjoy several BF products daily and weekly. I think this might not be one of them.

Christy
This might be the only spoiler before billing, so I’m going to cancel. And also, this might be the only full size item.

Shawna
Yeah, you think they’d want to show off the skincare before billing to get people interested! I’m canceled, but would totally resubscribe for some good skincare as I am almost out of a few things.

Not great start to this month 😢 I don’t know but I’ll wait a bit til I see all to see what I should do

Not a great start since this is mainly supposed to be a skincare box.
