I ordered a pack June 8th that was supposed to be shipped in June. When I hadn’t heard anything by the first week of July, I complained and they sent me a tracking number. However, the tracking number is only for a label they created and a week later they haven’t mailed anything. I contacted PayPal and the BBB and Awesome Pack has not responded to either of them or answered anymore of my emails.

Has anyone gotten their June Awesome Pack yet? I’ve been trying to reach customer support a number of times by emailing and have not heard back. I also tried on Facebook and it is an automated response, I noticed they’ve been turning off and hiding comments on posts as well. I was also charged for the July pack prematurely, and when I try to delete my credit card information it won’t let me. Feeling swindled and powerless, I’m worried this is not a legitimate subscription service.

I haven’t received mine yet. I also was charged for July’s box on the 28th of June after reading in their faqs that they charge on the first of the month. I wanted to receive my June box before I ordered more. I canceled my subscription after that.

I wrote them and received a tracking number for preshipment. I checked it and nothing has been sent yet. Im extremely disappointed and would rather a refund at this point.
