This goes along with their other monthly mystery boxes: Monthly Mystery Box of Awesome and Mini Monthly Mystery Box of Awesome – this one is focused on a lower cost option from their Pet Treater subscription for your pup.

My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out our review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

May 2018 Mini Monthly Box Of Awesome For Dogs Review

This month included a bag of treats, a cookie treat, and a toy.

You won’t get a card that details the items, but it does come with a card to remind you about their social media contests.

He can’t wait to be involved in a photoshoot!

Petstages Toy – Value $13 based on similar Petstages product

This month’s toy was a smaller, squeaky, stuffing-free toy.

It’s really a good size for Buckles. He didn’t really play with this during the photoshoot, but once we were upstairs, he started throwing it around my office.

Pur Luv Mini Dental Sticks – Value $6-7

We received dental sticks for Buckles, as well. we’re always looking for ways to help keep his teeth clean – so we’re always happy to try new treats that aide in dental health.

This is how it goes with all dental sticks for Buckles. He’ll enjoy the first 2-3 that he gets over the first few days….after that, he’ll start flat-out rejecting the treat – and the same happened here!

Emmy’s Gourmet Canine Creations Flower – Value $1.50-2 based on similar items

Emmy’s Gourmet treats have been pretty steadily part of this subscription for the past 6 months or so – so it wasn’t a surprise to find another treat in this month’s shipment.

Raise your hand if you want a cookie!

As I’ve said before, Buckles enjoys these three-cheese treats, so we haven’t been bothered by receiving them often.

Verdict: This has been a great low-cost dog subscription for quite a while now. For $13, the three items tend to always come in over the cost.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Items vary from shipment to shipment, so you’re not guaranteed the same items as seen here.

COUPON – Not at this time.

  1. Bam Bam got the same box and as usual it was all a win. This is the best sub I get because we always love everything in it. He has learned to recognize the packaging and knows it is his treats. This is one I can never cancel.

  2. fantastic photos of buckles!
