Does anyone know when items are usually shipped? This was my first charm box purchase . I received confirmation last Friday , but on my fed ex account there isn’t even a label created yet.

I just placed my first Charm redemption order. Does anyone know if they get shipped with your next box, or separately? I saw that a shipping fee was charged so I assume it will ship separately, but I want to be sure because I’m planning to cancel (which is why I redeemed my Charms).

I’m still fuzzy about charm rules — does placing an order wipe out all your charms, even if your total is lower than your charm amount?

That’s what it says on the site. I have yet to redeem mine because of this as I dont want to lose them but not seeing enough things I want for how many charms I have…I’m not sure when / if they expire though..

I just got the MAC lipstick for 2500 charms, i originally had 4500 charms and my account still says I have 2000. You could always email them too because they wiped out all my charms when they changed it from you having to redeem a promo code and I emailed them and they put the $40 back to my account in charms

Yeah, same. They say they expire a year from when you earn them.

I had the same problem because my account is not active. For the same money as the box I could just buy the item I want from Sephora and pick out the color I actually want. Hardly an incentive to rejoin.

it had the same for me but if you have enough charms it will take off for the shipping as well. I did have to confirm my card number but the charge was $0. Hope that helps

I got excited to see the GrandeLips, until I realized it was $27 worth of charms! Walmart has them for $18.99. Add the $5 worth of shipping, $32. I feel like I’d be wasting $13 worth of charms.
