May 2018 Basic Man Review

The name says it all with this subscription. You'll bet a pair of boxers, socks, and a shirt each month - with different colors and patterns from time to time.

Basic Man Tee

If there's something I'll never have enough of, it's a plain white or black t-shirt. This is the most basic or Basic Man's shirt offerings - a white crew neck shirt. The fit is a bit on the tighter side - maybe consider it to be like an athletic fit. I find it really good for undershirts, but you might want to toggle the size up if you're looking for an everyday shirt.

The shirts are always the same high-quality material. I'm really liking my arsenal of Basic Man shirts!

Basic Man Underwear

These are up there with my favorite underwear since they've added 3" to the inseam. These are just super soft to wear all day long - a great pair of essential underwear.

Basic Man Socks

This month's sock design is a little more playful with its colors and patterns. These socks are a bit heavier than a dress sock and go WAY up your calf - and they have the elastic to stay up all day. With spring finally breaking and summer coming - I'm curious if the shipments will feature crew or no-show socks from time to time.

Verdict: I have no complaints with Basic Man - it's a straight-forward essentials subscription that is really good at what they do. So far, I'm loving it. I am curious how the subscription might change a bit with the seasons - will we get different types of socks during the next few months? I'm excited to see!

To Wrap Up:

Can I still get this box if I sign up today? The monthly shipments won't always be the same items as mine - so you can order anytime.

Thanks for reviewing. They don’t look like they’re made of cotton. Do you know what material they’re made in?

The shirts are 60/40 cotton/polyester blend.
