They offer 3 different styles: Cute Pack, Retro Pack, and Pop Pack. Subscribe by the 21st of the month to start with the current month's pack.

Usually, we only review the Cute Pack. But the folks at Stickii Club noticed that some of you have been curious about what the other packs include, so they'll be rotating which pack they send our way! Yay!!!

Stickii Club Retro "Making Memories" Pack April 2018

Stickii Storage Sleeve & Ring

Stickii Club has started to send one of these awesome storage sleeves along with each shipment! There are plenty of pockets in this planner-sized sleeve. There are holes on the side if you want to add it to a binder, or you can use the gold plastic ring they included. I'm starting to build a little collection of storage sleeves all held together by these colorful loops!

Stickii Club also provides two of these corner labels that reflect the theme of the box. They fit perfectly on the corners of your Stickii Storage sleeve!

mini old timey envelopes

2 Mini Envelopes

These mini envelopes are screaming to be incorporated into a clever craft. (How good would it be to use them to hold clues on a birthday gift scavenger hunt?!) Each envelope is just under 3" x 4" big and made of smooth, vintage-looking paper. If you put a real stamp on top of the printed one, I bet one of these envelopes would make for a smile-inducing surprise in someone's mailbox!

2 Sheets of Perforated Note Paper

Need some tiny paper to accommodate those tiny envelopes? That's in this pack, too! These two sheets actually have four sheets between them—each sheet has perforations between the two squares that you can easily tear apart. I like the dainty vintage-inspired details on each design.

11 Die Cut Envelope Stickers

These old-timey envelopes and postcard designs would be great for a scrapbook or a travel journal. They look like they've been flown in from afar. Some have French writing on them, some have Cyrillic letters... I feel like if I got this pack when I was a little kid, I would've used these stickers (each of which is around 2.75" wide) to play out a whole scenario where my favorite dolls were getting mail from international pen pals, haha!

wax seal stickers

Wax Seal Stickers

I never fully trust envelopes to hold shut with just the glue they come with, so I like to seal them off with some tape or a sticker. These wax seals are just what the doctor ordered! Each seal is only about a half-inch wide with a washi-tape-like finish and semi-sheer opacity. I like the photorealistic designs and the different emblems you can pick from!

gold shiny stamp stickers

Metallic Gold Letter-Inspired Stickers

I would totally glam up an envelope with one of these letter-writing-inspired designs! They're all done in metallic gold that has a great, yellowy shine to it. I like that the images are all a bit worn (there are uneven or broken lines) so that they have a very antique vibe.

typewriter letter stickers

Typewriter Letter Stickers

This alphabet looks like the round buttons on a (very) old-school typewriter! The little ones are only about 1/8 inch big, and the larger ones are just under a quarter inch, so they're pretty darn small. The finish feels like paper and has the smallest ridges in it. My only wish is that there were more than 2 of each letter (one big and one small) so that I could have more options of words to spell out!

Locations and Buildings Stickers

These washi-like stickers look like tiny paintings in a gallery. If you're a dollhouse person, I bet they'd be handy in creating mini artworks for your formal rooms! They look to be paintings or drawings and include images of everything from ornate buildings to train doors. They range from about 0.5" to 1" big and have the papery, translucent finish of washi tape.

framed photo stickers

Framed Art Stickers

Oooo, I'm loving the hints of gold around the frames in these stickers! The artworks inside each frame are pretty cool, too—they're not just random splotches of color or pattern, but detailed, quirky images like koi or a deer or potted plants. These translucent stickers only get to be about 0.75" big, but I kind of wish I had life-size versions for my wall...

camera stickers

Patterned Camera Stickers

Not only are these patterned cameras gorgeous—they also have the most amazing, velvety-smooth feel! The finish makes them seem more elegant than they already are. Most of these designs are around 2" big and clear but for their graphite-gray designs. I really love the vintage styles of cameras they captured in these illustrations!

Hotel Times Square Sticker

The next few stickers in the pack remind me of the kind of travel labels you see in old movies stuck to luggage. This 2.5" wide sticker might be my favorite design from this pack. I love the crispness of the design. The pale robin's-egg blue looks so charming and classy next to the ivory and black graphics.

hotel norge sticker

Hotel Norge Sticker

The next hotel sticker goes international! Hotel Norge is actually a thing, according to my Googling, though the one I found in Bergen looks much more modern, sleek, and well, Nordic than the romantic building pictured on this 2.5" sticker. I like the gold and black colors and bohemian lettering on this design a lot.

raleigh hotel sticker

Raleigh Hotel Sticker

Last but not least is this sticker for the Raleigh Hotel. Something about the shape almost reminds me of a beer label, don't you agree? The classic colors and somewhat weathered ivory outline definitely give it an austere, old-timey appeal.

The Verdict: I've learned that this subscription's interpretation of "retro" is more 1880s than 1980s. I'd probably call it "vintage-inspired" rather than "retro", though the camera designs definitely had a retro, 70s flair. I thought the mini envelopes and note papers were a really charming addition (I also just love tiny versions of anything) and went perfectly with the travel/going abroad theme of this pack. I'm also such a fan of the storage they've been sending with each pack. I love collecting the stickers I get each month, but I used to get nervous that they'd get crunched in my desk drawer or forgotten about if they were tossed in a box. These plastic sleeves let me see what I'm working with so nothing's forgotten about, but they also make sure everything stays neat, flat, and safe. This subscription always gives me something to smile about. It's $10.00 well spent, in my book!

Thank you for this review! I have been trying to decide about getting this box, and now I’m going to sign up.
I’m glad to hear the nostalgia boxes are more 1880s than 1980s – I much prefer the 19th Century for my retro excursions.
