Birchbox May 2018 – More Sample Spoilers + Coupon!

Hmmm so I just saw what my samples are (thru the app, under boxes, drop down all samples) and I’m not sure how I feel lol

• LOC shadow stick in Heavy Petal (my sample choice because I didn’t like the other choices)

• Sunday Riley CEO Brightening Serum ( this I’m REALLY excited about I been wanting to try this l, hopefully it’s big enough to have a couple uses)

•Adesse Cupuaco Butter Lip Balm ( eh I’m not sure yet about this yet …it’s new to me so we’ll see )

• Matrix Total Results Mega Sleek Shampoo
• and conditioner (I HATE getting these and especially when they are counted as 2 samples )

So im good with 3 out of the 5 and really looking forward to the CEO serum …but come on already?! I know FOR SURE now that your profile or reviews don’t matter

If someone didn’t give me this as a gift I would do cancel. I feel I see the same brands ALL THE TIME. They maybe a product but same brand. I get this pretty box and when I open it the items are all rolling around inside and look so sad and tiny. They should of never stopped the point system. Booo

I was going to either cancel or not make a choice, but I decided to go ahead and get the curated box. I could get lucky with some really good things (unlikely) or get stuck with up to 5 things I don’t want, or with the curated box I could at least be guaranteed two items I know I want and will use, the elixir and cleansing milk. (Plus the elixir sample is around $11 by itself.)

This may be a stupid question, but I tried to get the curated box (always missed before) and it seems you have to pay shipping rather than it shipping with the May box. Am I doing something wrong?

I really want the Benefit Boing. That stuff is amazing. But I’m getting the featured box. I know if I do a sample choice I’ll get 4 other products I’ll not use.

I didn’t pick a sample this month. I have already received all of the choices previously. I almost thought about canceling but I was pretty happy with my box last month.
