Trunk Club is a clothing styling service for both men and women. Subscribers work closely with their stylist to find a selection of pieces to try on at home, and they receive a trunk shortly thereafter. Trunks can be ordered as often as you like, so you can try it once, or have a trunk sent to you quarterly or monthly. Or even more frequently!
Trunk Club is a Nordstrom company, and they send similar brands that range in the $75-300 range. In the style profile, you can choose your preferred price range for each category (ie. $50-100, $100-200, or $200+)
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Trunk Club Plus Clothing February 2018 Review
So first, a little more about how Trunk Club works: When I signed up, I took a pretty lengthy style questionnaire online. Then I was matched with a stylist who asked me even more about what I like and what I was looking for via an online chat. Based on this information, she selected several items for me to try on at home. She then sent me a link to preview all my items! There is also an option to allow your stylist to send a few surprise pieces.
This packet was included in my trunk.
The front of the enclosed booklet now has instructions!
Inside is a note from my stylist, Maureen. She has been my stylist for a few months now, and I really like how easy it is to chat with her via the app! She is super accessible.
This is my invoice. It lists the items I was sent and the cost to keep each item. My $25 styling fee will be deducted from anything I decide to keep.
These items were also in the packet. When I've finished repackaging the items I don't want to keep in the box, I just put this return label on it and use the tape straps to tape it back up! So convenient!
'Napa' Flat by SoftWalk - Cost to keep $99.95
I am still very happy that my new stylist is remembering to send me shoes in a wide size, and fortunately, these did fit! These were also really comfortable, and you can see them on me in all the pictures below. They are super soft leather, and they fit perfectly. Plus I love the color!
Lil Ankle Wrap Sandal by Bella Vita - Cost to keep $114.95
These shoes are totally my style, and they are made of the softest suede ever! I am pretty uncomfortable in heels this high, though, so I can't see me wearing them too often. The fit was also less than perfect, which makes it less likely that I would spend $115 on them.
Eli Cutout Bootie by Bella Vita - Cost to keep $124.95
These are also super soft suede, and I love this color for spring! They fit great, too! But is it too late in the season for suede booties? It's about to get hot here in Georgia...
Prairie Peplum Top by Lucky Brand - Cost to keep $59.50 (not currently available on nordstrom.com)
I am not usually a fan of peplum blouses, but I love this one! I love most things from Lucky Brand, and this cotton blouse is so comfortable and cute! I love the tassels and the wooden buttons. Stylish details like these are why I am such a Lucky fan.
Emma Crop Jeans by Lucky Brand - Cost to keep $79.50
I love these jeans, too! They are really soft and comfortable, and I love the color and cut! They also feel really well made. I didn't think I would ever get into colored denim, but I am really digging these jeans!
Bell Sleeve Utility Jacket by Caslon - Cost to keep $99 (on sale for $66.33!)
This heavy cotton jacket is very stylish! Unfortunately, I have purchased two olive jackets since the fall, and this one is also really unflattering around my neck area. I also don't think I need to be buying jackets right now since summer is closing in!
Floral Top by Daniel Rainn - Cost to keep $68
This top is so pretty! I love the colors in the floral print! It is actually a tank top beneath a 100% rayon outer later. It's so breezy and perfect for spring!
Release Hem Skinny Jeans by Caslon - Cost to keep $89
Ah, white jeans. The nemesis of the big-legged girl. I know, white jeans look fabulous on so many women, but I am just not one of them.
Crop Denim Jacket by GLAMOROUS - Cost to keep $89
I like the length of this denim jacket, and the unfinished lower hem is kind of cool. I already have too many denim jackets, though! I am also not in love with the wash on this one, either.
Gingham Shirt by Foxcroft - Cost to keep $86
This cotton gingham top is something I would never, ever have chosen for myself, but I have to say, it looks pretty cute on! I like it!
Ginger Fringed Hem Skinny Jeans by Lucky Brand - Cost to keep $99
As much as I love Lucky Brand, I don't think I like these jeans. They are not a flattering wash, and I think all this fringe is just too much. Like, my toes got caught on it when I was putting them on. I totally get that they are fashion-forward, but they are just not for me.
Bell Sleeve Crepe Jacket by Evans - Cost to keep $69 (on sale for $46.23!)
I like the color of this jacket, but this is not my style. I also like the bell sleeves, and I can see someone wearing this for the right occasion.
The Verdict: I am a big fan of Trunk Club! This month they sent me TWELVE pieces! It's a lot to take in, I know! I got a good mixture of hits and misses, but I think my favorites would be the first two Lucky pieces. So much fun stuff! I think Trunk Club is a little on the spendy side, but it's still loads of fun to try all the pieces!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Trunk Club curates its boxes based on each individual's preferences as well as what's available. Value Breakdown: This box cost $25 with free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the 12 items inside is $1077.85. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep anything, the $25 cost of the box would also be applied to the purchase. Thatís an average $89.82 an item, which is on par with the brands included.
