Got my box 677 today and hallelujah, the Sephora gods listened!

The eyeliner is not black!

The color name is ‘Flirting Game’, the package describes the color name as taupe, but it is shimmery and NOT BLACK.

I know some people look down their nose at Sephora-brand products, but the quality is decent.

I’ve tried the Dr. Jart BB cream before and it’s good; Sephora usually tucks it into the Sun Safety kit they produce.

Lancome mascaras are first-rate, they’re just blinkin’ expensive.

The hair care I will have to try before I can comment.

Got my box today, the pamphlet inside showed a purple lipstain. Of course I got the dreaded nude. I give up..lol

I know that is the last 3 digits of the box the site says I get… I ordered it over a week ago and no info on when to expect it *still*… though I ordered 3 other boxes after that and have gotten shipping notifications and updates on all of them,but zero on this one.i will have the other 3 in the next 2 days, but I still have no clue w/ Sephora,that’s pretty off-putting.

is there are reason box 364 doesn’t have a lip product?!
i don’t mind the assortment of products, some seem fantastic, but to get a tiny foil sample of conditioner instead of a lip product makes me sad. the buxom looks great! darn it. box envy.

I read the stila eyeliner in “BLACK” as a slur or swear. That’s how tired I am of Black liner, especially liquid. I have hooded eyes so the struggle is real.

For real. I have two black Stila’s still in the box. They take me a good 7-8 months to go through one. I was so looking forward to a different color.

My perfect box: the buxom liner, Bobbi balm, coola spray, YTTP or korres cleansers, igk or verb, it cosmetics illuminator or Lancôme mascara, and the bonus… marajo or b&b. We’ll see how I do!

Sigh. Against my better judgement I joined again and missed the Feb box, just in time for this box of repeats. Bummer

Love the colors of both lip products. I wish the eyeliner wasn’t black — blue or purple would be so much fun with the festival theme.

I’m still not excited about the eyeliner since it looks like the same colors I have received twice before. However I love the liner color!

I think it is a really nice variety of items this month. I am getting the Dr Jart BB but wish I would have gotten the Sephora powder foundation instead. Hopefully, it will show up in the Rewards Bazaar for points redemption in the near future.

The Dr Jart BB cream is something I discovered in Birchbox a few years ago, and a product that I will continue to buy over and over again. Love it

I love Dr Jart products too (the Ceramidin cream) which I also first discovered via Birchbox. I just don’t use liquid foundation type products any longer so that’s why I was hoping for the pressed powder foundation.

Well I WAS happy to get the Sephora lip stain, since I love lip stains, but that is straight up PURPLE. I’m 99% sure I cannot get away with that. :-/

I emailed Sephora asking that question and got this reply: “All PLAY boxes are billed between the 1st and the 4th of each month. You must have signed up for PLAY prior to this billing cycle to receive this month’s box. The box is shipped in the 3rd week and typically arrives around the 20th.“
Kind of bummed because I signed up after seeing March spoilers. Hopefully April is good!
