Panda Pals February 2018 Review
This month's box came with a coupon code for CraftyKizzy! There is even a bonus coupon for their Doodle Art Greeting Cards. They also designed this month's Socktivity which you will see more about below.
This month's Socktivity page features Hygge (meaning cozy and comfortable) the Lion. My son loves learning about animals now so this page was perfect for him with the extra information box all about lions. This month's activity is how to make a paper doll chain, which is why this paper cutout was included. All you have to do is trace how many of these dolls you would like, cut it out, and bam you have an awesome paper chain. I know a lot of parents that use chains like this to help their kids understand "countdowns" like how many days until vacation or something like that. I am always looking for different crafts to do with my son so this will be perfect for the next rainy day!
Our first sock of the month features Hygge the Lion! I love the bold colors that are perfect for the spring and the welcoming smile on his face. Plus, how cute is the "free hugs" message on each foot? Don't forget that Hygge means 'cozy and comfortable' which is exactly how I would describe these socks.
Our second and final pair of socks include these paper doll-like shapes. I love how they are reaching out, almost hand-in-hand. That little heart detail really gets me, what a sweet touch. These socks are perfect for boys or girls and have a bold spring feel to them.
Verdict: Panda Pals is really bringing all of the spring feelings this month! I loved the bold colors that were consistent in both pairs of socks, and the little details really made my heart sing. Those little hearts and the free hugs saying, so cute! The Socktivity page was very cute and interactive this month with the paper doll craft, but I did think it seemed smaller than previous months. Hopefully, next month will feature more activities and crafts for my son to enjoy. Overall, I love that I can come to expect quality socks each month from Panda Pals, and they are always featuring amazing designs that I know my son will love.
