I sent my whiney customer support message today. Here it is in its entirety.

The last crate I received was the March crate “Still Flying” – it, of course was late. The June crate will be shipping in August??? Does that mean August’s crate will be late by months? Get it together… You are about to be way over paid by my financial accounting. You guys are bordering on lawsuit territory. Not a threat just a reminder there are laws for not providing services already paid for. You guys are 3 crates behind what I will have paid for by the time I get the next one. I want the entire collection but I didn’t get in by the first crate. At least for us out here wanting to continue you could do a reissue of the crates we’ve missed and I bet a lot of people would go easier on you. Reviews online were at 5 stars when I started ordering, currently the public is struggling to give you one star reviews… Look at my account, see what I don’t have from the Firefly Crate and tell me. I’ve been a member since June 2016. 2 years should get me some kind of respect for dealing with the constant delays. 10 dollars off the vault is not an incentive. Giving us what we have missed out on at a half price option would be a better deal. Respond to this and let all of us out here know what is going on, not just a delay… every time. Fire the vendors and get new ones. As long as it is Firefly oriented I think everyone would understand better and probably even give you props for replacing someone not doing their jobs… The same answer every time of “supplier delays” is not working. If it is financial problems within your company, I think we would deserve the correct information, not some made up excuses. My financial records show February, April and June as payments. August payment date is rolling around very fast. This will put you at the aforementioned 3 cycles behind.

We taking bets on if we’ll actually get the March crate IN March? I’m not holding my breath. And yet again, I don’t get the notification e-mail. This is getting ridiculous.

Finally cancelled my subscription, so tired of the bs.

Sad thing is I am not even surprised anymore. But I will say it better as heck be better than the latest J.K. Rowling Harry Potter and the last Firefly crate. To have all these delays…I mean 3 months of delays, it better blow my mind.
I started sub boxes with Loot Crate and Nerd Block. I dropped the Loot Crate core crate a while ago as it stopped being good. I kept the Firefly and Harry Potter ones as they started off great and 2 of my favorite series. I want to continue the collections they started but its getting harder to hang on especially when you have renewal charges prior to getting the previous shipment.
I hope they can get it together!!

Same here re renewal charges. Charged mid-February for a box that should then arrive at my door mid-March, but unless there’s a miracle (and there haven’t even been spoilers released about the box after Aim to Misbehave, so really, no hope of any miracle) and two arrive within days of each other, that box probably won’t arrive until at least mid-May on the experience of the previous… what is it now, FOUR crates?… by which time we will again have been charged (in mid-April I presume) for the box after that.

The boxes prior to Mal’s have been a month or so late, but with this one, Loot Crate are a full sub-period behind… getting the feeling that they’re hoping we’ll all forget just how far ahead our billing has been when they eventually close out the franchise. Talk about aiming to misbehave 🙁

Loot Crate needs to stop coming out with new crates until they can handle the ones they already have. I pre-paid for all the Star Trek crates, never got the bonus ship, and damn, was the first box disappointing. So disappointed in this company.
