    Is there going to be a Lancaster spoiler for this box? What are other handbag brands you are planning to have? Botkier is not my style, but I want to use the Super Early Bird coupon while it’s there if you offer other brands that I like – Mutsaers, Manufactus, etc.

  3. Well then…. at least customer service reaches you on here , but honestly I’m not a subscriber and I’m not sure I will after reading all this. I’m actually getting turned off by reading customer service responding here instead of private emails. I don’t know maybe it’s just me but, I do not like seeing companies explaining themselves or arguing with clientele so openly.

      Of course, our preferred way of communication is via direct e-mails.
      Unfortunately, in this case, we don’t really know who these people are, don’t know their e-mails and the only way to answer them is through this forum.
      Our only intention is to find out what happened, improve our service and apologize if it was our mistake. We repeatedly ask them to share some facts to substantiate their claims but it’s not happening.
      Also, MSA readers deserve to know all the truth by hearing both sides.
      We hope that you understand our position.

        Again I am one who understands that there is always TWO sides to every story, that’s why I don’t go off of just one spoiler or review posted to be EXACT I do research before spending MY hard earned money on a sub box. Hence again I am totally turned off by this company now. I was simp,y stating the tackiness it is to respond on here. People will rant and rave blah blah blah, but TRUE people who COULD possibly be loyal forever customers do their research. Have a great evening. I’m going to go browse and find another sub box to look I to subbing.

  4. Before I would even consider a Summer box I would have to get my Spring box first. Esp. when they are 2hundred dollars and I splurged on my budget to get the 1 i did buy. so Very excited !!

    Sorry to write this message here but I am having some communication issue with your CS. Your CS wrote me on 2/15 to send me return label. I inquired on 3/2 and I have not gotten any reply. I just send another email inquiry. Can you please share this with one of your CS rep?

    • It’s pathetic that you have to reach out to this company via this website. I hope that 5th Ave are polite when they get back to you, as they were publicly rude, accusing, and indignant to me via the comments page of MSA. I actually use them as my “Worst Ever Customer Service” and “Never Ever Stoop To This” examples when training people (always try to turn a frown upside-down).

      • I’ve had to reach out this way as well. Is there only 1 person working at 5th Avenue? That would explain a lot.

        I found it interesting that someone would finally email me after posting on MSA, but not my previous emails and phone calls.

          There were literally a few times that clients reached us through this forum when we did not answer their e-mails timely. In all these cases satisfactory solutions were found, and we made sure to keep clients happy.

          • No, what I meant to express was that I tried calling and emailing your company directly and didn’t receive an answer. I had to go on this forum and you must have helped get me answers (which I appreciate). However, we shouldn’t have to come here. We should receive answers to our phone calls and emails w/o coming to these forums.
