I just wish they shipped this box to Canada. According to a company representative they are working on offering it to their customers here. Patiently waiting. I really want to subscribe to this box since I really love Margot Elena’s products.

Spring Box is SOLD OUT! So glad I caved and ordered this….looking forward to it!

I caved and finally ordered this box. Like others have commented, I don’t like paying for shipping either, but it was only 6.95😀

I decided to go for the seasonal. If I don’t like the spring box, I’ll cancel. Now if I love it and they offer another deal like Black Friday, I’ll upgrade to annual.

This looks awesome, so either (with shipping) $57/quarter or $208 annually ($52/box). Thinking of probably going with the annual, then it “seems like” only $2/shipping/box. Subscribtion addiction reasoning -lol.

Lol, don’t worry, I’m right there with you. I love this stuff!

Thank you so much for the spoilers for this box, Liz!
Although I’m a little bit concerned about the possibility of having to pay more for shipping, I am still very tempted to order this box. Especially since I am no longer signed up for any other beauty boxes!

I’m curious if anyone knows when future seasonal subscriptions bill? I signed up for a seasonal subscription the first day that the spring box was available. I read all the terms, but all I could find about billing is that the sub is billed up to three weeks before shipping. I have a lot of subs (so many I keep a database of when each bills and ships) so I’d love to figure out when future boxes bill. My estimate is May 15 if it’s three weeks before shipping?

The spring box ships the first week of March.

I signed up for the first box and on my account it says that I will be billed March 1st for the Spring box. Hope this helps.

I’m stoked! Gin & Rosewater is my favorite scent from Tokyo Milk and I just ran out. At Last is my favorite scent form Lollia, but I haven’t tried the hand lotion yet, just the perfume! It’s heavenly! I generally spend about $30.00 alone on that fragrance, so that plus everything else coming in the box is an amazing deal! We have a specialty shop nearby that sells Tokyo Milk and Lollia, and one perfume plus one hand lotion plus tax is always up around 50 bucks.

They would have me as a new customer if the box wasn’t actually OVER $50 because of shipping. If they’re going to compete with FabFitFun and PopSugar, they’re going to have to do something about this. I wasn’t going to hesitate to purchase an annual sub, but with over $20 shipping added to the cost, it was an easy pass.

I totally agree with you about the shipping cost on the quarterly boxes. If Margot Elena would cut down on their ridiculously expensive printed shipping boxes, it would more than pay for the shipping. To me, the extra $28 per year just for shipping is a deal breaker.

I really want to subscribe to this now that I see the spoilers.

We got a gin and rosewater candle in the first box. I went upstairs to smell it – it is very light and fresh. I swiped the candle and rubbed it on my wrists – I’m trying to decide whether I would want to wear it as a perfume or not. I think I like it. It sort of has a ‘just got out of the shower’ clean scent to it.

I have the perfume up on swap since I won’t use it 🙂

I just tried to subscribe and added a candle to my shopping cart to get my total above $65, but it is still adding over $13 shipping. Does the box not count toward the free shipping on orders over $65 advertised on the site?

Hi, all discovery sub boxes do not qualify for the free shipping. Free standard shipping with the 65 and up, but the discovery boxes don’t count, which sucks, but for what we’re getting its totally worth the 6.95 IMO for shipping! The value is outstanding and ALL margot elena’s products are pure luxury!- although again IMO!!! Hope that helps. If you get any emails from them you can check at the bottom, as mine stated that the free shipping excluded the ME discovery boxes💙💟💙🤗✌🌹

I tried that also but it must not apply to the sub boxes – I ended up ordering it anyway…

I can’t wait! I got rid of Popsugar since I trading the majority of each box and subscribed to this one. I think I will be much happier with Margot Elena 🙂

I went through the motions to subscribe on the site and it added shipping to the total?! My goal for online shopping is to never pay shipping, lol. If they drop the shipping I may subscribe.

Believe me, shipping is figured into every box whether it’s separate or not. If the box was $56 with free shipping it’s the same as $50 with $6 shipping. We all know how expensive it is to ship from
Doing swaps. The part that stinks with this sub is that they didn’t charge it initially and now they do

Beccah
I was not charged any shipping for the sub box. It is free shipping for the subscription.

It was free shipping for the annual subscription when they first offered it, in November. Now, it isn’t free. They do have it for $20 less for the annual, so it’s around $207 including shipping/tax. For $800+ RV, it still a great deal.
TK
Agree…not going to pay for shipping.

I totally agree. I think the spoilers look great, but not enough to pay $50/box + Shipping.

Love this. When I spoke with them they said there will be 3 items that are just special to the box only.

Ooh, cool! The unique items from the first box (like the shelf papers & the incense burner) were hot items in the swap listings.
I’m excited to see what they’ve come up with this time!

Ohh love all 3! Last time i used almost everything as gifts and it sucked! (jk..kind of…) These are mine all mine!!! Cant wait 😆

Too funny! I did the same thing and I’m planning to hoard this one all for myself. It looks *wonderful* so far.

👀 Lookin’ good!
I am a little bit nervous about whether this box will be as amazing as the first one!

I know me too! The first one was so awesome and such a great variety. I am going to be super disappointed if the box is a lightweight and doesn’t live up to the quantity and quality as the first!
Reply
Jenai
It probably won’t have the same quantity unless it is lots of little small stuff again, but should have the same $200+ rv hopefully. I’m trying to recall if anything in the first box was actually over $25rv.
Luna
Yay! I’m super excited about the perfume, and the other items will happily be used too. 🙂

Yes!! I’ve been wanting to try the face mask!! I can’t wait for my box!
Reply

Oooh, I love these! I’m not sure I need another hand creme since the last box came with three, though – but they do make great gifts! I love that we are getting a perfume, and the mask looks very nice.
