Unicorn Prism Y-Necklace

The owner, Lisa, and I decided this month to show the Classic range that Jewelry Subscription offers. This piece is rather bold and has a prism-like stone that is purple, green, and pink in different lights. I typically am not attracted to Y style necklaces, possibly due to being overly exposed to them in the nineties along with Rachel haircuts, but the style works for this stunning piece. The chain on this necklace is adjustable, which is a blessing for a gal with a thick neck like myself. This piece will look fantastic with any dressy ensemble, especially for a dance or wedding. The necklace will also add some vibrant sass to a casual outfit as well.

Unicorn Prism Oval Bracelet

This majestic bracelet is made to coordinate and complement the Y necklace. The oval-shaped stones are the more classic design of the two pieces. The bracelet is absolutely stunning and has an adjustable clasp. I appreciate the ability to customize and adjust the bracelet to fit, but the lobster claw can be tricky at instances. Otherwise, this bracelet is a great piece. It can be worn with its sister pieces or alone and still look striking.

Unicorn Prism Ring

The final piece in this trio is a precious three stone ring. The setting on this is a deeper gunmetal silver than the two other pieces, but the stone has the same prismatic quality. The style is rather classic with the three stone style but feels rather modern due to the rainbow light-catching stones. The metal on the ring also seems to be hypoallergenic and didn’t cause my fingers to itch like some costume jewelry does. This is an absolutely gorgeous piece and would look fantastic worn alone or stacked with other rings.

Verdict: Truth be told, these three classic pieces aren’t ones I may have selected for myself on a shopping trip, but that is what makes them so special. This set is glitzy yet can be worn with a more casual ensemble to add flair and sass. I have a wedding I am attending on St. Patty’s Day and I sense these pieces will be perfect for such an event. I plan on wearing all three pieces so I can look like I am dripping in rainbow opulence! The $32.99 for these three statement pieces is a heck of a deal too since I have seen similar pieces fetching for more.

Your review was entertaining…I see the slight sarcasm and I appreciate how one can drip in rainbow opulence. I would have loved that set as a high schooler in the ’90’s.

H, I would have wore this set to all my formal high school events! For sure! Especially my one homecoming. I had a blue iridescent dress that I wore hot pink fishnets (that matched my pink bangs) and glitter sparkle platforms. For real. I need a time machine. I legit am probably wearing the set to a wedding this weekend though! It is perfect for a St Pattys day wedding!

Those are really pretty fun pieces of jewelry, and I like the bold look on you. Love the unicorn name- they don’t take themselves too seriously. 🙂

This reminds me of a type of topaz I saw on QVC recently. Mystic Topaz, I believe they called it.. and I think it was manmade or enhanced gemstones as well. So this is on trend colors for spring.

I like the name “mystic topaz!” I just gave it that unicorn name since no title cars was issued. But OMG. That is more appropriate. It IS mystical!

Ragan

It’s probably Swarovski crystal (or an imitator). Color looks a lot like “crystal heliotrope” (the fancy stones, not the bicones).
