So I just got the February glossybox and found out after opening and sitting through everything that I am missing my luxie brush! I was so upset so I called them. So they said I have to print and sign a form and then scan it onto the computer and then after all of me having to do a lot of work then go off and send all the forms to them and then I have to wait for them to either accept or deny the cause . I think that’s so ridiculous and outrageous. I’ve never had issues with glossy box ever , but this made me so mad I’m never going with them again! This process for a little brush , don’t even want a refund or credit is probably going to take them 2months! Like what they should do is just take ur word and if you’ve never had issues with them before they should just freaking send this to u because it’s their mistake not mine! So I’m done and now know what every ones talking about.

Welcome! There needs to be a support group for people who have had to deal with Glossybox customer service. Lol

Lmao wow thanks glad to join this club! Lol I agree 100% and I told them just keep the dang brush! I have plenty and it’s not worth me going through that whole process for! It’s just crazy bc I have 12 different subscriptions and if ever I have a issue they just send immediately or credit me without going through something like that and I was just shocked when I read all that they needed me to do! I was at first thinking I was getting punked 😳but yeah their serious and they seriously lost my service forever if that’s what they do to their loyal customers

Poor Liz always has to listen to us b*t*h about Glossybox. 🙂
So here I go;
That company needs to get it together. If they had better customer services, policies, and practices I would definitely subscribe, because I like their boxes and usually the items in them. But dang it is too much work to be worth it. My suspicion is that the reason the February box was so dismal was because Gilty City had a 4 mo sub for the cost of three months that has to be used by March and what ever month you start you get the previous month as the free box. They have so much potential.

This is becoming a pattern with them — they only offer discounts late in the month so that you’re tricked into paying full price for the next one.

Yep that’s what they do….hoping people won’t notice they have automatically signed up for next month at full price. The only time I used to sub with an offer was when they did the 3 months for $10 each option…which they have apparently stopped doing because then you are not obligated to buy any month at full price….

I think the only way around that is to change part of your billing information so it won’t process. I know you can cancel their permissions to charge you through Paypal. That is what I did to ensure I wasn’t billed. It’s inconvenient but desperate times. lol

I felt totally ripped off by the Feb box and immediately cancelled. I was already miffed that I didn’t get the Dec box that I had paid for. I got credited this cheap Feb box for a great Dec box. Not a happy customer.

Oh my gosh, I would be SO IRRITATED! You have my sincerest sympathy.
They still owe me two CEW boxes, I paid for 3 and they only shipped 1. Customer service has been nonexistent.

I didn’t wanna buy this at all full price but since I used the code and wouldn’t mind a new tool and lip exfoliator I’ll take it! Only paid $6 for the whole box thanks to this code and my credits

IMO, Doucce branded items need to be ripped off like a roar in the night, as I am certainly not blinded by their light. ( Reworked classic rock lines there).
This was a very light box with nothing I thought was worthy of Glossybox. It was more like a Target box, and almost empty.
Why on earth would they overproduce this one box? I am wondering if there was a super stellar item that didn’t make it into the boxes.
I cancelled both GB and Look Fantastic today. I have had it with teeny overpriced samples. Boxes in this tier of sub boxes should always source deluxe travel sized or full sized and make them premium brands.
Only the John Masters was a premium brand for me, and that company is more known for their hair care.

I almost thought about getting this, the price was right, but when I read the reviews, I was like, what is in it that I’d use?? A sample or 2? Not worth the potential headache…

I think they ordered way too many of the February box and are trying to unload them. I am still fighting with them to fill the remaining two boxes of my six-month subscription for January and February. I keep getting promised over but I have yet to receive anything. I do not understand how a business can continue to stay in business with this kind of terrible and poor customer service. Last night I happened to check out the Better Business Bureau information and complaints against them and they’re definitely is a recurring theme. Bad customer service , not responding, making promises that they’re going to refund or send boxes, the list goes on. It’s too bad because I’ve been till this point I was quite pleased with Glossybox 🙁

BBB was how I finally got my limited edition box from them. I filed a complaint (after over a month of communication with them that went nowhere) and they overnighted my box the day after they got the complaint. Prior to that they had told me that they had no record of my order, but also it had been delivered weeks before. Obviously, both couldn’t be true, but they stuck to that story. Such a pain.
