WARNING! Don’t subscribe to them because it is so hard to cancel your subscription with them, and they take up to three weeks to reply back.

I keep wanting to sub to this box but hearing all the horror stories about their CS definitely puts me off from subbing despite the deals

Ordered a emma & chloe subscription box was excited to try it out. However, when I received the box the ring that came with in the box had a gorgeous stone but it was not set correctly so i reached out to emma & chloe to lwt them know and all i got was a sorry they didnt even attempt to correct the issue. This subscription is not worth getting especially if all they are going to send is cheap jewelry.
