TRY FREE-PTBED for the pet bed offer

Beware with this Pettreater Subscription. I signed up on the Jan 5th, received shipment notification on the 10th & directed to their 3rd party tracking service…it says Shipped. After receiving no updates I emailed Cust Service 3 days ago, got an automated reply “we’re really busy but will get back to you. Don’t send multiple emails.” I’ve received nothing since. This is what the tracking number shows at the USPS site: “January 10, 2018, 1:05 pm
Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item
JOHNSON CITY, TN 37601
Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 1:05 pm on January 10, 2018 in JOHNSON CITY, TN 37601. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.”
I’m doubtful that I will receive my Pettreater box before I am due to be charged again, so I’ve cancelled my Subscription. IMO, There are enough pet sub boxes out there that get it right without my having to deal with one who doesn’t seem to have their act together. Buyer Beware.

Complete opposite experience with them. Been getting pet treater for over a year and had nothing but good things. Crazy how it can go both ways. I’ve had horrible bark box experiences, and my sister had great.

Glad you’ve had luck. Now it’s 4 days without a reply to my email & still nothing received by USPS. If they’re too busy or unorganized to get items shipped in a timely manner & can’t be bothered to reply to an email? That kind of disregard is is a deal breaker. Zero customer service = zero patronage from me.
