Each box includes an info card telling you about the featured item and how what they chose to send you helps your house be “greener” and you be “healthier”! This month’s featured item is Goddess Garden Face the Day, SPF 30 moisturizer.

Goddess Garden, Face the Day-Daily SPF 30 Moisturizer & Firming Primer - Retail Value $18.99

This three-in-one product is a moisturizer, facial primer, and sunscreen. It intends to reduce wrinkles and signs of aging, keep my skin firm, and protect my skin from sun exposure. A few of the ingredients include chicory root, carrot seed oil, lavender oil, avocado oil, and vitamin E. This product contains certified organic ingredients, reef safe, vegan, cruelty-free, and made in Boulder, Colorado. It took multiple tries to pump the product from the container, which was frustrating but I finally got it to dispense onto the palm of my hand. I applied several pumps of the product to my face, but afterward, I noticed a white film on my face, not too noticeable. I then applied one pump of the product on my hand but didn’t notice a white film, so I think I may have applied too much product. The product was lightweight and not greasy, slightly tacky/sticky when I touched my skin but it soon went away. I used the product for a day and a half and was pleased with the results and will make sure to apply sparingly. The directions indicate to apply 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply at least every 2 hours.

Here’s a close-up of the pump dispenser.

Enclosed with the moisturizer is a fold-out describing the varies skin care products Goddess Garden Organics carries.

Verdict: This was a useful Mighty Fix and a nice surprise to receive a beauty product, a first for me, since subscribing. I was in need of a facial cream with sunscreen; I had been using sunscreen samples that ran out. This subscription always sends the best quality products that are above the cost of the subscription. It delivers on sending healthier alternatives for my home and personal use. This subscription doesn’t send the same item each month to everyone that subscribes, so keep in mind that if you choose to subscribe your item may be different from what I received. Also, readers have mentioned that they received a product that I reviewed, but they received it a while back.

I just received my first month after subbing with the coupon code. I got three large wool dryer balls. I suppose they are worth $3 to me, but I’m not sure I would want to pay $10 for them. People are happy paying $10 a month for this sub? This is a real question, not a snark.

Those dryer balls are amazing and not the ripoff , ineffective ones you see on amazon. Great for winter as they stop any static cling. Add a dab of an essential oil if you want a light scent. Definitely worth $10

It’s good to know that what’s sent isn’t necessarily what’s reviewed here for the current month. My first package (Dec.) was the dryer balls; the just-received one (Jan.) is LunchSkins. I suppose it’s possible to buy what they have, from their shop, if the reviewed item is appealing.

Also, it’s a way for them to assure that they’re going through their stock.

Since many of their items have looked good to me, it’s nice to have the chance to “catch up” with them.

Same item for me as well. I love this sub. December was my 12th month and I just renewed for another year. Bees wrap, my first month item, has become my favorite household item. I’ve bought more and swapped for more. I wouldn’t mind getting bees wrap again.

I’ve subbed now for over a year, and I think this is the first month in which the item I received matched what was reviewed here. Like you, I appreciated that they mixed it up by sending a beauty item. I wouldn’t want them to do that all the time, but it was nice for a change.

For anyone who is in the fence about this subscription – go for it! You can’t beat the price, and they always send useful products! I’ve literally never been disappointed with what they sent.
