EarFleek Boho Babe December 2017 Review

This month, a few new cards came with my pair of earrings and a free gift:

earfleek ad to win tiffany & co earrings

First, there's an ad for a Facebook contest they are running in which you can win a pair of Tiffany & Co earrings. I don't use Facebook, so I won't be able to participate in this, but it says you get an entry to the drawing with each "like" you receive on your Facebook post. The drawing is February 2nd on Facebook Live.

bright cellars credit

Next, there is a $30 credit from Bright Cellars which is a wine of the month subscription service. Check out our reviews and save 50% off your first month (no coupon required, just use this link)!

earfleek love in paris perfume ad

EarFleek has also apparently started making their own perfume called "Love in Paris" which is available to purchase on their website. The card they sent is also scented, btw.

earfleek info card

Finally, there's the usual info card from your stylist (always Rachel S), urging you to share your new look with the hashtag #earfleek.

blue hair elastic

Like last month, I received a hair elastic as a free gift, this time in baby blue. I'm always losing and in need of these, so I put it in my desk drawer for when I need one.

Now, to the earrings! I should note that it looks like they've recently added a shop to their site, so you can purchase a specific pair if you like what you see. They are priced slightly higher to do so though.

earrings in resealable pouch

Instead of coming on a card, the earrings are packed in a plastic resealable pouch that you can reuse and use for travel.

pearly dangly circle earrings

Slay in Grey Earrings - Retail Value $5.99

Similar to last month, the earrings I received have a pearly finish to them, though these are more greyish than the white moons I received in November. These are probably the longest earrings I have received from EarFleek at four inches from the top of the hook to the bottom of the lowest dangling circle.

A closer look shows that there are three black plastic beads at the top that resemble stones before the silver hardware gives way to the four pearl-finished circles that dangle from one another (with the fourth hanging inside the third).

Here they are on so you can get an idea of how dangly these really are.

Verdict: EarFleek is always a hit or miss subscription. At $3.49 though, it isn't a terrible blow if you don't like the pair you receive though. If you know someone who'd like them, you can always pass them on. This month was a miss for me, as I don't go for long earrings like this. Ah well!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Since Earfleek is random, you may not receive the same pair as I did.

This is the pair I got and I love them! They are so light and easy to wear.
I never would have picked out a pair this long so it took me out of my
comfort zone. Glad I switched from Minimalist but Groovy to Boho Babe
this month.

I received the same ones, but mine are brown and copper. I wish I could upload the pic. They really compliment my red hair and skin tone. This was my first set from this company and was a definite hit for me. Though I don’t wear earring that hang that low I am looking to restock my collection to suite every occasion.

Hey Redhead! Is this the color you received? http://www.earfleek.com/shop/product/1124871790

Yes, but they look a little darker in person.

I jumped! For $1.75 I can’t loose.

The earrings look to me like they are made from black mother of pearl . . . this causes all types of nostalgia for me of my trip to Tahiti in 1986. I love them. I brought back some earrings & a necklace. . . my daughter borrowed the necklace & broke it. the earrings have been misplaced. sigh.

I liked the suggestion to shorten them, because I do like the rings.

If you’re handy with a pair of small pliers maybe you can remove the bottom parts until you get to the length you want to keep?

I would guess the rings are some kind of shell, especially if they are lightweight. (Possibly dyed, but that is common with shell.)
