Each box comes with a sheet of paper detailing all the items included:

Now, on to the items!

VERB Ghost Oil – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $16

This hair oil is designed to be “weightless” and add softness and shine to your hair. You can apply it to dry or damp hair, too. I was pleasantly surprised by how faint the scent is – if you hate that most hair products are heavily scented, I think this would be a great product to try. And it truly didn’t weigh down my hair or make it greasy – and I thought I was overdoing it with the amount of oil I used!

GLAMGLOW Bubble Sheet – Retail Value $9

A GLAMGLOW sheet mask?! Yes, please!

This was super fun to use, but it does get pretty foamy/bubbly, so I recommend using it before a shower, so you can easily rinse it off. You leave it on for about 3 minutes, remove, then use the remaining bubbles to cleanse your face – it creates a really rich foam lather.

My skin felt super clean after using it, but also a bit dried out, so just a heads up that you’ll likely want to follow this with your favorite face oil or moisturizer.

Smith & Cult The Shining Lip Lacquer in Now Kith – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $22

This lip gloss provides a wash of color, a ton of shine, and not too much stickiness. I love this rosy pink shade, too.

(Swatched in lower photo.)

MILK Makeup Liquid Strobe in Ultra Violet – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $24

This liquid highlighter is easy to apply thanks to the clicky base and rollerball applicator. Then just blend out!

A word of warning, though, this is super shimmery! A little goes a long way!

Touch In Sol Metallist Liquid Foil Lipstick Duo in Maria – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $25

I’ve sampled Touch in Sol once before thanks to Play! by Sephora, and I’m really liking this brand!

This is a double sided lippie – one side is a metallic liquid lipstick, and the other side is a matching metallic gloss:

The pigment with both of these formulas is great! And they have pretty good staying power – pretty impressive for metallics!

Here they are swatched beneath the lip gloss, and the highlighter:

Now, time for the phone accessories!

Pink Selfie Light – Estimated Retail Value $10

This selfie light comes with a charge cable.

The light has three different brightness settings. Switch it on and off with the button on the back:

And it easily clips on to your phone:

Time to take the perfect selfie!

Confession: I thought this was a gimmicky item… then I tried it. It made my photo look so much better! I went from skeptic to deciding I would never take a photo on my phone again without it in under a minute! Even if you aren’t going to get this box, I recommend buying yourself a selfie ring light!

Locust Series Bluetooth Smartphone Selfie Stick – Retail Value $10.99

This selfie stick comes with a USB charge cable and a wrist strap.

It’s easy to use, just turn it on, pair it with your smartphone, and you’re good to snap pics!

The selfie stick is extendable to 31.5 inches:

And lastly, because this is a Millennial box, we have to have one more phone item, right?

Pop Socket – Retail Value $10

If you aren’t familiar with Pop Socket, it’s a phone case accessory you add to the back of your phone to allow you to get a better grip of your phone, or to use as a stand. It also comes with a clip so you can easily use it as a car mount:

To use, just peel off the sticker backing and apply:

And you can pop and expand it when you need it:

And push it flat when you don’t:

Verdict: This box has a value of about $126.99. I think that’s good for the $42 cost, and even better if you use coupon code LOVE15 or TAKE15 or 10FOR2018 to get it at a discount. I am loving how unique and fun this box is. All the beauty products are great, and the phone accessories are equal parts silly and seriously useful!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box today? Yep. This one-time purchase box is still available as of 1/26!

CouponValue Breakdown: At $42 for this box, here’s what you are paying approximately per item:

  • Ghost Oil: $5.29
  • GLAMGLOW: $2.98
  • Smith & Cult: $7.28
  • MILK Makeup: $7.94
  • Touch in Sol: $8.27
  • Selfie Light: $3.31
  • Selfie Stick: $3.63
  • Pop Socket: $3.31

  1. Show us your amazing selfie!

    • Does your selfie stick actually work? If so, what does it look like when it is charging? Mine had a red flashing light but never turned on. I wondered if that meant it was not charging at all.
