Winter 2017 ‘Snowed In’ Nick Box Review
The winter box has a nice little selection of items from Nicktoons and live action shows!
It comes wit ha notecard that details the items in your box.
Rocko & Spunky Allover Print Tee – Value $15?
This month includes an exclusive Rocko t-shirt!
It’s got pixelized versions of Rocko and Spunky – plus a little callout to Rocko’s shirt design with the little purple triangles – I’m really loving it.
“Little Dude” Tommy Pickles Vinyl Figure – Value $20-25?
Culturefly continues their incredible vinyl figure line for The Nick Box with Tommy Pickles.
It’s about 4.5 inches tall and is very well made. If you’re a fan of Q-Figs, these are very much like those.
Tommy has all of the little details down to his ‘hair’!
Ren Ceramic Mug – Value $15-20?
Rember the Stimpy mug in the first-ever Nick Box? Well, now you have the matching Ren mug!
Like the Stimpy mug, this is a hand-painted ceramic mug and features Ren’s creepy face. Ren was always my favorite character, so I’m really excited to now have this set.
Abner The Pig Plush – Value $15+?
You get your very own Abner just like Arnold!
Abner has that cute little curly tail, too!
Abner is about 7.5 inches tall and super soft. It’s similar to the Spunky plush, just without the bendable legs.
Knit Double Dare Winter Hat – Value $15+?
This item was spoiled – which initially got me excited for the winter box – and it’s even better in-hand.
It’s got that all-over slime design with the classic Double Dare logo.
It’s a 100% acrylic hat that is really warm!
Olmec Coin Bank – Value $10-15?
Next up is a 4-inch tall Olmec coin bank.
Overall, it’s a standard vinyl bank. But, put a coin in the slot and…
Olmec’s eyes light up! I was curious to see if there was any sound, but it’s just the lights.
Arnold’s Bus Pass Paper Wallet – Value $10-15?
You’ll get a paper wallet featuring Arnold’s bus pass from the show.
This feels similar to the wallets made by Tyvek – but this is exclusively made by The Nick Box.
It has two separated bill sleeves.
Overall, I think Arnold fans will love this item.
Orange Soda Enamel Pin – Value $5?
Get your Keenan and Kel fix with this orange soda pin. These are well-made enamel pins – around 2 inches tall and ready for your backpack.
Wrapping Paper and Washi Tape Set – Value $15-20?
Finally, and this shipment arrived just in time for the holidays, you’ll get exclusive gift wrap and washi tape featuring CatDog!
This is the best washi tape ever!
You’ll get two separate sets of paper featuring a bunch of Nicktoons!
Unwrapped, these are about 27.5 x 19 inches of wrapping area.
Verdict: I’ve yet to be disappointed by a single Nick Box, and the winter box is yet another home run in my book. The items are always very well-made, exclusive, and smart design choices – what more could I ask for when bringing my nostalgia back!
