Yup, another crappy bag. I got none of the spoilers, but yet another mascara and hair oil. The only good thing is a brush. Just another sign that cancelling is a good idea.

Ehhh…I was expecting better.

Some people got toofaced lip injection in their bag! i’m kinda jealous!

I went through a page of Ipsy hack reveals on Reddit. Unless I missed something nobody got too faced . Most got Ofra or smashbox and an eyeliner. They have this duo eye shadow this month from Pixi I hope I don’t get it is brown and tan. At least I didn’t see anyone get the Meech and Mia white powder either. Kind of afraid to see my bag tomorrow.

Just did the hack and I am getting the Smashbox eyeliner, Seraphine botanicals lip polish (which I am also super excited about!), the Luxie Blending Brush, a mascara with a white tube (I wasn’t able to make out the brand), and a white bottle that said beauty water? It looks like it could be a sample of SON & PARK Korean Beauty Water. Overall I am pretty happy with my bag this month. I don’t really need another eyeliner but that is pretty standard lol. Everything else I am pumped to try!

It should work now if its going to. December bag no longer shows as not received and the mssg about being able to view bag on 5th came up. Usually those things have to happen first.

Looks like a pretty good makeup month. I see lots of color instead of neutrals.

I re-subbed after years with this sub. My coloring changed because I finally went back to my natural very light cool colors. I am a very cool toned true Winter ( for those who remember the ” seasonal” palette wheels.. I changed my profile a year or more ago but they kept sending me the neutral beige to brown toned neutrals and orange based lip and cheek items vs pink tones. I kept emailing them and asking them to please curate to my profile or just send skin care I could use. Didn’t happen.

Now, when I go to my first bag preview since I re-subbed, there is a flow chart of dates called ” Glam Bag Personalization”.
Is this a feature I missed in the 3-4 months I was not a subscriber?

If it’s not a regular bag feature, and I don’t believe it is or there likely wouldn’t be bag ” link hacks” being discussed this early, why am I seeing this? It goes through Dec. 20th for shipping after all the other steps, which are
1) Ipsy Match on Dec. 2 .
2) Spoiler Alert on Dec. 5
3) Assembly Dec. 5-10
4) Shipping Dec, 6-15 ( um, number 3 and number 4 are overlapping LOL.
5) Some thing called ” watch and learn” near the 25th, and then ” review” at the end of the month.

Last thing is ” Stay Tuned” on Jan.1.

I re-subscribed to this bag after MONTHS of extreme dissatisfaction with all the brown/ bronze/ orange things in my bags. I have to have COOL tones ( the pink to plum lip shades they are showing in the spoilers) , eyeshadows in grays, lavenders, and cool blues and so forth- it’s the classic cool Winter palette because I am an extremely light skinned, light blue eyed person with very light hair now.

ALL my reviews of the brown and orange toned shades say ” This is not my color palette, I need cool tones only” and my emails to them say the same thing.

Now that I’m BACK as an active subscriber, I have this flow chart of days in December to do this thing and that thing to ” pick out” my products, then to APPROVE my products.
Is everyone seeing this?
If it’s a thing, I don’t know why there are spoilers??

I am not making this up but I have not seen it discussed anywhere. Maybe I missed a big change with the company? IF they will curate colors ( and skin products I can use as a person with super dry and sensitive skin- I am, over 55 , so likely very old to most of you..LOL), then this could be so much fun for me again!!

Gas anyone else seen the changed format at IPSY and is it nice to work with?
I totally wasn’t expecting this, LOL.

I played with my profile to increase chance of getting Too faced lippie and kinda regretting it now. I decided to swatch it while at Ulta and it reminds me of super cheap lip gloss!! It is soo sticky ! Kinda grossed me out. But on a good note the color looks more wearable than I thought it would. I thought it was going to be glam bag colored but its like a dark pink .

Is the hack working for anyone? I tried it and it posted a picture to my facebook, but it really just looked like an ad. 5 products and a bag, but none of it was current stuff.

I’m actually loving the spoilers – NYX liner, Essence mascara! and the lip scrub!!! Giving me all three would be AMAZING!!!!

The only thing I want is the ofra lipstick. I’ve decided I’m cancelling ipsy and allure after December. I’m going to try to cancel boxycharm but the spoilers make it impossible lol. So I’m kinda hoping January’s box sucks so I can cancel lol.

I love Seraphine Botanicals! Even though I don’t use lip scrub very often, I hope I get this one!

Still excited about this bag. I would not use the gloss or lip polish, but if I received those I could give them away or swap them. Everything else looks like fun! ..even though I have more than a year’s worth of mascara. Perhaps I should gift some of that out, lol.

The bag itself reminds me of January’s bag because of the color.

I’d love to get the Ofra liquid lipstick, the Essence mascara, and the Luxie brush… and/or some items from past bags, like the IT Bye Bye Pores Pressed Powder. Here’s hoping! <3

Essence mascara is the best!

So far my dream bag would be the Oribe Dry Shampoo, the Ofra liquid lipstick (I just like the IPSY shade), NYX faux black liner (preferably the dark brown one, could use on eyes and brows, or the dark green,) one of the shimmer shadows, and any other item but a mascara. 🙂

I’m hoping for one of the NYX eyeliners and maybe the purple eyeshadow. Honestly, any of these except for the OFRA lipgloss. I have a lot already like this. I’m kinda excited to get this bag just because I redeemed points for the IT vitality lip gloss

I love the look of the bag but I’m really not excited for any of the item spoilers. I think I need to stop using the bag as a reason to stay subscribed to Ipsy, it’s not like I’m even using half of the ones I have!
