If the curated box has a full sized item like this one does, will the variations (with or without sample choice) also have a full sized item?

I have always chosen an item, and have always gotten 1 full sized product in my box. I have subscribed for 3 monthly boxes so far.
This month I am going with the curated though, since none of the choices appealed to me (other than the peel, which I have 2 sample kits on order from two other places!).

My boxes as of late have been dismal. The choice of a crap shoot of unknown tiny samples vs the curated box….
I only do the sample selection if it’s something I absolutely want otherwise the curated box is the safe bet.

Did anyone else notice that they have the option to get $13 worth of points instead of a box? I was tempted to take the points and purchase the curated box, leaving me $3 in points, but it seems like a shady thing to do.

New to this sub… so I don’t get it. Unless they want two of everything, why would a subscriber order this box when it is identical to the Jan box they are supposed to get anyway?

I just bought curator box just because I really like it and I like one of their sample choice. I do not want to miss on curator box or sample choice, that’s why I am getting two boxes in January 🙂
Plus, their 50% is still there, so I stock up on Eve Lom.

Some people want both the curated box and the non-curated box. I’ve liked a few of the curated boxes enough to get multiples and have also gifted a few.

I guess I just don’t know what the difference between curated and not. I thought we all got curated box based on our profiles, and the one choice option with it. ???
Their site does not explain the difference. Anyone here have a good explanation between the two?
