JustFab has had a monthly VIP club for years now, and I love their styles. So I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try out their brand new styling service, PS by JustFab (PS stands for Personal Stylist)!
It works like many other styling services, such as Stitch Fix, Trunk Club, and Dia & Co. You pay a styling fee and receive five pieces selected for you by your stylist. You only keep what you like and return the rest with free shipping both ways. The styling fee is deducted from any purchases you make, and if you keep everything you get 20% off the total!
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out our review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).
The Box: PS by JustFab
The Cost: $20 styling fee, deducted from the cost of items you keep
The Products: Five clothing items selected for you by a stylist
Ships to: U.S. for free (both ways!)
Good to know: This is not an automatic monthly subscription. You can order a box whenever you want!

When I signed up, I took a lengthy quiz to let my stylist know my size and style preferences. A few days later, I received this email alerting me that my stylist had chosen some items for me. I could just click the link and preview my package.
There are some styling services that allow you to preview your package and reject items you don't like before they are sent to you, but this was a first. With PS by JustFab, I could keep the choices my stylist made for me, or if I didn't like something, I could swap it with an item on my JustFab wishlist! And of course, since I am a JustFab VIP, I had tons of items on my wishlist!
This is a note from my stylist, Crystal, with some styling tips for fall.
This is the invoice that was sent with my package, showing the cost to keep each item. My $20 styling fee is applied to anything I keep, but if I keep everything, I get a 20% discount. That would be a total of $88.15!
Oversized Cowl Neck Top - Cost to Keep $24.95
I knew when I saw this top online that I was going to love it, and I do! I absolutely love the color for fall. It's a rayon poly blend, but it's fairly thin material, which means the cowl is not bulky and the neckline stays open a bit. I love the way it fits!
The New Straight Jeans - Cost to Keep $24.95
I have to admit that I am getting tired of skinny jeans, so these were a nice departure! They fit well and have a low spandex content, so they are nice and sturdy. I like that! I like the dark wash, too. JustFab has great jeans!
Classic Peacoat - Cost to Keep $42.95
Yep, it's a classic peacoat! I think peacoats look great on everybody. This one is particularly flattering on me because it's a good length. It's 100% polyester and feels very sturdy. I think that's a great price for what feels like a good quality, warm winter coat.
Textured Knit Pullover - Cost to Keep $24.95
I didn't realize it before I received this top, but I actually already have this exact top in white. And I love it! It's a linen/poly blend, and it's nice and lightweight. It's a great piece for transitioning between seasons. I'm not sure I need it in two colors, though.
Tie Front Boho Dress - Cost to Keep $39.95
Look at how cute this dress is! I love it! It's 100% rayon, which means it will wrinkle, but the print keeps that from mattering too much. I like the cut and the tie at the neck, too!
Off Shoulder Pullover Sweater - Cost to Keep $39.95
I am obsessed with the color of this sweater! I have been really into green lately, and this shade is so vibrant and lovely. I also like the cut of this acrylic sweater. It's very soft and not too heavy.
Knit Tregging - Cost to Keep $29.95
Treggings are new to me, but I think they are a fashion trend I could really get behind! These are a poly spandex blend, but they are not super stretchy like regular leggings. They have a bit more structure if that makes sense. I love the houndstooth print!
Wide Leg Jumpsuit - Cost to Keep $44.95
I have to apologize that I was unable to produce a modeled picture of this 100% rayon jumpsuit. I don't know why I keep trying jumpsuits and rompers, but I feel compelled. But, they never work for me because I am long waisted and have shorter legs. I have to send this back. It looks amazing on the model, though! I think it would look fabulous on anyone with longer legs and a shorter torso. I love the fall vibe of the print!
The Verdict: I am really enjoying my subscription to PS by JustFab! I am a big fan of JustFab anyway, so this subscription service just works really well for me. I loved everything this month except the jumpsuit, but I knew that was a risk going into it. A few months ago, several readers commented that sales and discounts from JustFab do not apply to items in this service. That is true and could be a very valid reason to not try this service if that is a motivating factor for shopping at JustFab. They have great sales! Frequently! For me, personally, I like the fact that I can try a variety of styles I have been eyeing lately. If I keep everything, the 20% off is generous. But if not, I can always earmark an item I might like to purchase later when it's on sale. Everyone has their own shopping strategies, and this one totally works for me!
What do you think of PS by JustFab? Have you tried them yet?
