  1. My box is still showing as not shipped. Anyone else?

    • Just checked. Mine is label created but has not shipped. Plus-always takes about 10 days to reach me here in Texas. Uggggg!

    • Mine FINALLY shipped on the 7th, well at least the shipping label was created. VERY late shipping and is not using a special carrier service-its coming usps. It’s stuck in Nevada. I’m wondering if it will make it to me in Texas before I leave town next week. 😐

    • My box was supposedly shipped on 12/7 with anticipated delivery 12/13 or 12/14. As of today, 12/19, it hasn’t even been received by USPS according to the tracking info. This is so disappointing after being promised expedited delivery in the email that went out on 12/1. At this point, I will not be able to gift the items out that I had planned to gift and find the promise of expedited shipping versus the actual delivery process to be dishonest. It’s really upsetting to pay $275 (with $25 of that shipping) in October to be sitting here just days before Christmas needing to head out to the stores that I had wanted to avoid during this time to buy replacement gifts.

  2. This is a nice box, but I’m not sure it was worth the $250 I paid. Would have liked to know the theme of the whole box was gold as I generally prefer silver but just liked the gold necklace better.

  3. I can’t wait to get this box delivered!!! 🙂 I, too, want some things in silver and some things in gold to match different areas of our home.

I am getting a SILVER candle, anyone want to trade for your GOLD candle? If yes, find me on the swapsite (MemphisMom), I have mine up for swap. or let me know if you can’t find my listing.

  4. I don’t have a comment on the delay email, but I do have something to say about the jewelry set. I never wear gold, but I can honestly say that the set is so much prettier in the gold version. The silver set is so monochromatic. Why didn’t they use the white pearls for the silver set too? I think it looks very odd b/c the silver pearls look kind of fake, like very expensive Mardi Gras necklaces beads…

  5. I got the email about the delay but then a little later today I got the shipping info on it. So there really wasn’t much of a delay.

  6. I was sad to see this box was sold out when I went to purchase after seeing the spoilers. I certainly don’t need any thing in the box and I’m afraid a lot would sit in a drawer, and some things I wanted in Gold and some silver. Still I would have purchased because I liked everything. I know makes no sense.

  7. I wasn’t quick enough to get a box, but this is what companies should do if there is a delay. We were supposed to have our Boxycharm limited editions shipped by now and then we are supposed to be getting refunds for anything over 2. I have sent emails and to no reply.

I wish other companies could learn from PopSugar’s customer service model. I would say Glossybox too, but there is just no hope there. Just my opinion.
