Nourish Nails Water-Based Nail Polish in Be Gentle - Value $12.50

Every month, subscribers will get a new shade of nail polish from Nourish Beauty's own line.

This is a water-based formula. Here is a bit more on the difference between this formula and your standard nail polish formulas:

The ultimate, ultra gentle nail varnish formulation with a revolutionary water-based resin that creates a high shine coating that is both air and water permeable. This allows for oxygen and water to reach the nail bed to help nails stay healthy, stronger and to help reduce discoloration. The unique nourishing formulation provides a super high-shine coat, long-lasting color and a fast-drying finish.

Here it is on:

I love this cotton-candy pink shade!

Good to know about these formulas: They are 1 coat full-coverage and quick drying. (Amazing!) But they tend to peel off pretty easily after a day or two. (Apply a top coat to take care of that!)

Face/Food Raw Shea Butter Balm in Orange Clove - Value $10

This is an all-natural blend of shea butter and essential oils.

There's a single clove on the inside, and the orange clove scent is strong! The shea butter melts into your skin and is super moisturizing - a little goes a long way.

Seraphine Botanicals Radiant Glow in Rose Dust - Value $22

This pale pink highlighter is super shimmery and pigmented. And it blends out beautifully.

Here it is swatched:

It's close to my skin color, but hopefully, you can see the shimmer!

Peony Eyebright Eye Serum - Value $24

This eye serum is a clear, liquid gel formula. It absorbs almost instantly and felt so light on my skin. It's designed to hydrate skin and help boost skin’s elasticity.

Verdict: This box has a value of just about $68.50 which is good for a natural box that costs $34.95 with free shipping worldwide! (And I think this is one of their lower value boxes in a while.)

If you're looking for an ingredient-conscious beauty box and you want a new nail polish color every month, this is a perfect box.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! The 25th of every month is the cutoff.

  • Nail Polish: $6.28
  • Shea Butter: $5.10
  • Highlighter: $11.22
  • Eye Serum: $12.25

I was wondering if you knew that they changed the price of the subscription box all the way back in like February, or March, to only 29.95. In the email they said anyone subscribed under the old box would not receive a box until they subscribe under the new box at the lower price. However, they lied, I had not check my email for a couple of months and had been charged the 34.95, that apparently you are still being charged, all the way up until I changed my subscription to a 3 month box. Also, their customer service told me they had canceled my old subscription, under their old way, and did not actually cancel my subscription, even though I had an email confirming cancelation. So in the end I was overcharged for 4-5 months.

I would have a chat with their customer service since you are still being overcharged by 5 dollars. I did not receive a refund for those months where they overcharged me though.

I have had really bad luck with other brands of water-based polish (like Keeki). It totally fouled the top coat I tried to use it with — I mean bits of it got stuck to the brush and ended up in the topcoat bottle, which I then had to throw out. So don’t use just any topcoat, but make sure it is one that is compatible with water-based polish. Also, water-based polish can be really hard to remove. It sounds like this one isn’t, if it peels off, but I have had to scrub with acetone in the past, as I really couldn’t get it to budge with anything else.

That being said, with appropriate precautions, you can probably use this just fine, and the rest of the box looks quite nice.
