  1. Terrible service – I ordered the fall box in September and here i am in November. It never came. Each time I called customer service it was the same excuse. Sorry it looks like there is an issue with your account and it never shipped. I will make sure it gets shipped now… 3 months later. NOTHING. Asked for a full refund, we’ll see if that takes 3 months too.

  2. They have full spoilers on their site now!! Hope it gets reviewed soon too. Gotta say pretty happy with it I know most of it will definitely get some use!

    • I don’t know if I’m seeing the full spoilers on the site. Is it the picture at the top? I know I was thinking of subscribing for my son, but don’t recall if I did. . .

      • Very disappointed so far in with this box. 1st a 2+ week delay and no update they finally send an email about it shipping and mine still hasn’t even made it to USPS yet (but I got a tracking # on 1/30 whoo whoo).

        And the spoilers, the Bluetooth earbuds seem good but a Gillette Fusion Razor? It’s a fine razor but I can get that at Target, so it’s hardly the bang I was expecting from GQ and it being the first box. Really not sure what to expect if I continue to then 2nd box.

      • I’m with you on the silent two week delay but as far as dove and gillette I think those were just sponsored extras. The box while not amazing is over $200 in RV and most things are useful and I’m happy to see no part of that is overvalued advertisement for GQ like certain other companies for men’s boxes I have seen.

      • It’s just that those types of items inflate the overall value of the box. I probably wouldn’t be nearly as grumpy about it if the box shipped on time but as of this morning it still hasn’t reached USPS so I don’t know what’s going on with this.

  3. Hooray, finally got an e-mail from GQ Best Stuff today! E-mail said that the first box is a little behind schedule but that it is shipping this week.

  4. I have been holding off on ordering (yearly sub) because of this shipping delay. Perhaps I will order it (if still available), after people start receiving this. I hope people keep this post updated.

    • I got the yearly sub but getting kinda worried since 0 communication since taking my money. =/

      • Same. I really want this to ship.

        It helps to hear that other annual members are in the same boat, and GQ didn’t just forget about me. I would worry more if I was the only one without a box.

        Response from them 3 days ago… I’m on the edge of doing a chargeback if we don’t hear anything in the next two weeks. They can’t send all of us a single email and they haven’t even had a chance to get real complaints about lost shipments and broken things!

  5. I just spoke to them and it still hasn’t shipped.

    • I haven’t gotten anything from them and this is a little worrying. I clearly remember that when I ordered the box it said it would begin shipping on 1-18. They should at least be in communication about the delay.

  6. I have a lot of guys that I have to gift throughout the year. I was thinking I might subscribe to this box so that I can stock up on some gifts. The yearly is the best way to go but I hesitate to buy it without any reviews.

  8. Anyone hear anything yet? It’s the 10th and I’m wondering when they’ll begin shipping.

    • I believe it said shipping will begin on 1-18.

    • I emailed GQ and got the following reply:

      Dear Subscriber:

      Thank you for contacting GQ Best Stuff Box.
      The first box will be shipping at the end of the month.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

        I signed up for an annual and they didn’t proactively contact me about a delay. I guess they’re still getting their bearings. Still looking forward to the box!

      • Wow. Seems like they would send everyone an e-mail that shipping will be late. When I signed up it clearly stated that shipping would begin on 1-18. Hope this isn’t a bad sign.

      • LOL. I replied to GQ basically saying the same thing – that I was still looking forward to the box even though I was disappointed by the delay. I then strongly suggested that they e-mail all subscribers to notify them of the delay…said the sub box market is highly competitive and good customer service/communication can make or break you, especially when you are a new unknown service. I got another reply within 24 hrs that they were forwarding my feedback to the appropriate department.

        FYI – if anyone needs to contact them, the e-mail address is GQBox at cdsfulfillment dot com. Both times I got a response within one business day.

OK so pretty sure we’re those headphones though i can’t tell what exactly type they are from jlabs site, thinking a $55 candle from baxter of california, jason markk shoe care kit?, socks from nice laundry, acqua di parma deodorant or something in the men’s face department. and after checking out rudy’s barbershop totally content to try any of their products out.

  11. Yeah this box sounds pretty sweet. I also wish they rolled it out for Christmas. I hate giving a gift that should come in mid January. My guy isn’t into lots of grooming products. Very simple but gadgets for sure. I wish golf boxes weren’t so pricy. I did buy him the Five four box for 20 and he got it today..He loved what he received…thankfully. I will wait but my eyes are 👀

    • I read on their FAQ download they ship within 10 days of receiving order/payment. Looks like this is their first box, according to quote at beginning of MSA post.
      I ordered… So will update when I receive a shipping confirmation.

    • I just read the landing page again… It says First box ships mid January

  17. i am interested but need to know more to even think of buying it. is this samples? full sized products? would my husband even use what is offered? I rec’d this email from allure and
    while i enjoy the ALLURE monthly beauty boxes their thrills boxes are hit or miss with mostly misses lately. only way i would buy without a review is if there is a great coupon of some sort.
