Metal AF Lip Gloss in Kiss Me Deadly - Value $11

Wow! This lip gloss doesn't mess around! In fact, I'd consider it more of a liquid lipstick - it is fully pigmented, shimmery, and it stays put! (Swatched in lower photo.)

Medusa's Makeup Eye Dust in Night Owl - Value $10

This is limited edition shade and it is STUNNING! It's described as a "dark smokey amethyst with micro sparkles."

Again, excellent pigment and shimmer! (Swatched in lower photo.)

Medusa's Makeup Glitter in Ziggy - Value $8

You'll need some help getting this glitter to stick to your skin (be careful around the eye area). I recommend a primer like Glitter Glue.

Here is the glitter swatched beneath the lip gloss and the eye dust:

Medusa's Makeup Witch Lash - Value $12

This mascara had good lash separation, but I wasn't impressed with the length or volume it provided. Bummer!

Verdict: This box has a value of $41. I think that's great for a $15.95 beauty box that sends full-size vegan beauty products with free shipping. This is a great way to try out Medusa's Make-Up at a deep discount. And if you are intimidated by some of the colors on the Medusa's Make-Up site like I am, this is a perfect for testing them out!

I really like the the name and packaging but the colors are too much for me, sadly. If this box had a less shimmery, orange, warm tones and light brown (I know, boring to some) version, I’d sign up quickly. As a redhead, these colors are just too overwhelming.

I really liked the mascara. At first i was kinda confused because it’s a little sticky. But after several coats it’s actually very pretty because it makes your eye lashes feel glossy too. And the sparkles from the eye shadow fell gently on my eyelashes and made them sparkle on top of the eye shadow. It was quite pretty.

Is the mascara heavy on your eye lashes?

I found that using the mascara as a second coat on top of a different mascara gives me the fullness that I like. But, I don’t use it on my lower lashes because I get smudges on the bottom lashes. Top lashes are fine. However crying not allowed or using a setting spray as the mascara will run.
