LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Matte Lipstick in Bae – Retail Value $19.99
Wow- I REALLY like this color on. It seemed a bit dull at first, but once I applied it, I knew it was a good dark neutral for me! I think this one is the most "fall" color of the three with its brownish tones that match the fallen leaves outside. It finishes matte, as all of my favorite lippies do. super pleased with this one! Perfect for the season!
LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Matte Lipstick in Girlfriend – Retail Value $19.99
Girlfriend is certainly the most vibrant of this month's selection with its deep fuchsia hue. Surprisingly not too far off from some of the more red leaves on the trees, this one does strike an autumn tone as well. This color is great for a night out to bring a pop of color to my usual all-black attire. Since I'm familiar with their formula, I know that this will stay out instead of transferring to my glass or someone else's lips!
LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Matte Lipstick in Soulmate – Retail Value $19.99
Anything in the mauve color family is sure to be an instant hit with me. I'm constantly choosing similar colors for my nails as well. Although I love it, my only complaint would be that this color seems like a variant of one I've received from KissMe in the past (perhaps I am thinking this is a more lavender version of "Royal" back in July). As much as I love receiving pigments I know I love, it's more fun to receive drastically different ones as well.
Verdict: KissMe's fall colors ended up seeming more seasonally appropriate once I spread them on my lips as opposed to checking them out in the tube. I was happy to see three mattes this time even though I secretly want some outrageous glitter or metallic colors to expand my collection. At least they all compliment my current nails! Here's hoping for crazier colors next month!
