- Price + launch date still TBD. (This is purely a guess, but I'm wondering if this will be Boxycharm's Black Friday event?)

CharmersI'd like to address the waitlist issue.- Our number one goal has always been to provide our charmers with the best possible experience, which for us means the best products from the best brands- Working with top brands to get you amazing products is what we spend almost all of our time on! Especially for full size product, it is a long process, it can take up to half a year from start to finish- Part of what that means is that we need to order products a long time before knowing how many new charmers are going to join the family each month- We’ve been floored by your love and excitement for what we’ve been working so hard on, we can’t express enough how much your support means to us- That excitement also means that while we had planned for big growth, the waitlist in recent months has been growing even faster than we can take people off it- We are committed to our charmers and want to bring as many into the family as possible, but we would never lower our product standards just to get people off the waitlist- We promise you that we have plans in place to bring the time that charmers spend on the waitlist down, but it may take a couple months- If you've missed a box you really wanted, note the the future boxes will be just as amazing.Yours Yosef Martin
