I received my first box today and it was lovely. However, no word yet on the Thrills box that was supposed to be included in my prepaid subscription. I emailed today about it. Hopefully it’ll arrive soon.

I signed up on November 10 and haven’t heard a single peep about my box. I did already receive my tarte blush which shocked the absolute heck out of me… I signed up in November for a freaking reason… And it’s just CRICKETS. I feel jipped.

So I got mine today and signed up nov 17. Not a single thing about if it was shipping. Nothing. And my box has 3 of those items mentioned and some other things not in the pictures. Totally not complaining lol just didn’t think I was getting a November box

So I ordered the 3 month deal and my card was charged $49.11. Today I get a credit for the $49.11. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me. I guess they don’t want my business. Oh well, at least I don’t have to worry about their late shipments.

I tried to get mine straightened out via email, but no luck. They said they “fixed” my account, and I was all set to get this promo. Then I found the credit😡… emailed again to double check my account, and was told “rest assured my account would be credited”… hmmm not even what I asked at all. So I called, she seemed to be knowledgeable. She canceled my original account, resubbed me, and charged my cc. So far, it looks ok but I am going to check my statement again over the next couple of days. She said I would both the December box and thrills in December.

Has anyone else not received their November box yet? There have been 3 additional box variations spoiled since I ordered the original and I’m not happy about it. That is the number one reason I chose allure….no variations!!!!!! I always feel like I don’t get the variation that’s good for me, this way I figured with spoilers I could opt in or out. Now I have no idea if I will get the box I ordered or one of the others. Called Allure last week and even they couldn’t tell me which one I was getting! Ha, what a joke. Of course they would have variations the month I decided to sign up, smh.

I’m not sure of the exact day I signed up, mid month. I just received mine yesterday. Received the blush same day too. Mine included the juice lip crayon, the brush, the hey honey serum, a browgal dual ended highlighter (full size), a cargo eye shadow pod (in flint), dr. brandts and skin & co eye concentrate. So I guess there’s still hope to receive your November box. Odd, that this wasn’t any variation I saw. I wonder how many there were.

I literally just received mine Saturday as well and have the exact same items. I get it, it’s the season for craziness but it’s been way too long to receive a box I ordered forever ago. Hopefully this doesn’t happen for Decembers box.

I subscribed on the 14th of this month and no box yet so I just called being it’s the 29th, and the lady said they are behind in shipping. Great….makes me want to cancel already.

I received my box today and it had none of the items that were shown when I first signed up. I can’t see myself using anything in it. There have been no emails about the Tarte blush. I went online to cancel, and I can’t find a cancelation button anywhere! I really expected more from Allure and I had heard great things about their box. I just emailed to cancel, but I bet that it won’t be in time to avoid getting December.

Super disappointed with my box. I only received 2 items that were shown when I signed up on Nov. 14. I didnt receive it until yesterday and never received a email with shipping info as they said I would. The brush and the hey honey are the only things I received that was shown when I signed up. No word on my tarte blush .
I received that wander beauty lipstick but it was a miniature tiny version. I expected more since this box costs more than play and ipsy. I will be canceling.

I called them today again and they said my box was still in the
warehouse “prepping for shipment,” that’s what they said two weeks ago, lol. They still could not verify which variaton I would receive, even though I signed up for the original, before any other variations where reveiled….but, I did ask and they confirmed that if I did not get the box I signed up for, I could return and be refunded….their customer service just leaves a lot to be desired…..

I signed up 11/3 and received my box last Tuesday. Never got tracking info either. I received my Tarte blush today in a padded mailer.

I’m really happy I got the other variation. They also sent me an accidental extra Hey Honey Morning Serum. Not complaining. I actually fell in love with the Egg Mellow cream (not the mask). I have Hashimoto’s Disease which makes my skin really dry, flakey, blotchy… It’s gross. I noticed a huge turn around in my skin in three days. I bought the full size (way cheaper on amazon) and been using it everyday since.
While I liked the variant I got, I hope they don’t do that anymore. People usually feel like they missed out on something.

I got mine too. I was really happy with the colour I got sent, Dazzled. Its really pretty and wearable for me.

I caved lol. The confirmation page says, “Your order will ship shortly and should arrive within 7-10 business days.” There’s a charge, $5.95 I think, for shipping plus tax. My total was $45.90. I think it’s a bargain.

Hoping I can still get the November box before it runs out.

I was surprised with my Tarte blush and my MIA October box yesterday too!

Got mine yesterday as well. Blush completely smashed and mirror broken! Called and they offered a replacement of Pantene foam conditioner that was bonus in October box. What a joke! I declined.

I think it was early Oct. I would say they must of just stated sending them out and probably have a bunch to catch up on. But I can attest that I did receive it and I called and sent a couple emails to bug them!

Doubt it since they took 2 months to come up with.. They revealed the tarte blush and now have it changed to mystery item- so it’s probably not something very tempting…
