I came into this month thinking I’d buy the box no matter what since I wanted the coupon (weird logic, I know) but the snail mask just squicks me out. I’m meh about the rest of the box and would probably buy it even though nothing’s super exciting, except…urgh I just don’t want to think about snails crawling on my face!

Nothing crawls on your face when you use those masks. The snail masks have a cool gel consistency and are actually my favorite from all the Korean sheet masks – you see a difference right away.

Ha, I know they don’t literally, but it’s still all I can think about when I see those products! That said, as a former vegan snail stuff really is just too much for me (and I know other people are wary of it too). Trying to produce a niche animal product in bulk is never going to go well for the animal, ya know?
(I realize that most companies claim to have fairly humane methods and to have moved away from crushing snails etc, so it really is just my own personal hypocrisy, since obviously if I ACTUALLY cared about animal welfare I probably shouldn’t buy subscription boxes anyway! Mostly my comment was just cos I was a little entertained that they managed to find the one thing that would keep me from buying a box this month.)

I absolutely LOVE the Skinfix hand cream. One of the very best on the market. I also use Jack Black hand cream but it’s $15 a tube. I will spend more for the best hand creams though since none of the others do what they say or they make your hands feel slippery but not really moisturized. The other items in this box are great for donating to the homeless which is what I do with all my product overload. I ordered 2 boxes just for that purpose. That cleanser brand, La Roche-Posay is an Allure winner if I’m not mistaken. Not the whole line but a few of their products. I’ve gotten them in other sub boxes and the brand is good. I see it on Ulta’s website all the time. I think $7 is very reasonable for nearly any Target box. Don’t really get why people complain. Geez, they even pay the shipping. Chronic malcontents I tell ya. Bwahaha!

Exactly! 😁 I looked up the mask in the box and it was $6 retail for 1! That makes everything else in the box $1..really? Definitely worth it!

Nice, usable products, I’m just on overload so I think I’m going to pass this month.

I used to get up at 4am for these but for some reason my excitement has lost its luster.

Same. To be fair, that is true of beauty boxes generally – I just have enough face cleanser and mascara at this point.

Love that MSA sends alerts on this box because I never can remember on time. Many Thanks!
Target boxes always seem to work for me-only occasionally do I not order one.
Happy with all the products this month- good going Target!

Thanks so much for the email alerts Liz! I had just enough left in my account to snag one of these around 7am lol 😂 😂 😂 honestly I’m not sure about a couple of of the items but I want to try the mask, I always need a good hand cream for my purse 😍 & I’m sure I can gift the other stuff. For $7 it’s definitely worth it to me!

Love mascara — and trying new ones — but hard pass on Great Lash (which I have tried, years and years ago, back when I first used makeup, just like everyone else in the world over 30) and this box. I am interested in the mask and the hand cream — so MAYBE if the price drops to $5.

UGH Great Lash. I used to try it once a year or so because of all the raves it gets as a cult classic, but it’s never worked for me and I finally gave up.

I’m skipping this one since there’s not one thing that I am excited about

Not an exciting box for sure, but I’ll order one for the Skinfix, the Missha mask, the bar soap, and the coupon.
That Skinfix hand cream is amazing! Especially with my hands always getting so dry in winter.

First time I’ll be skipping. This box is not good.

Going to skip this Target Box. I really have no interest in any of the products in it because I have enough of the same type and I would not use the others.
Thank you for letting us know, Liz!

Pass. No interest except for possibly the hand cream.

This is two in a row that I’ve skipped after never skipping a month for two years! Maybe I’m just getting pickier rather than buying first and asking questions later.
That said, if this drops to $5, I will bite, but I suspect that it will sell out.

That Missha mask is one of my favs, it’s $6 alone so this is a pretty good deal for me!

I love the Missha mask too and that and the skin fx hand cream is all I needed to order.
Thanks for the heads up Liz.

That mascara made me laugh out loud this morning ! My 70 yr old mother lovesssss that mascara. I tell her but it’s clumpy and she tells me she likes it like that lol 😂

My mom is in her 60s and this is the only mascara she has ever used haha! I think I might have a box shipped to her, but she might be confused by the sheet mask.

That’s so funny! I literally bought this box thinking ‘That mascara can go in my mom’s stocking!’! 😂She loves Great Lash!!

First one I’ve bought in months. Mostly got for the Skinfix, and the coupon I can use to buy more Skinfix. 😂

I actually love that mascara but am way too well-stocked in mascara. The Skinfix is awesome, but I already have a ton of it, plus I already have way too many sheet masks. I’ve used that cleanser before and wasn’t wild about it. It was OK but nothing special.
Otherwise I just don’t see the value, at least to me. I don’t use shampoo/conditioner combos or bar soaps. I considered buying the box to donate the items I don’t want to the shoebox project at my son’s school (toiletries for the homeless), but I’d do better for that shopping the travel section at Target.

Yes, I too am going to skip this box and spend the $7 for other things I really need. It seems to be a rather blah box this month. So glad this is not a regularly shipped subscription that we can buy or pass!
Thanks for the heads up, MSA!
