Go to Sleep, Monster! by Kevin Cornell – Retail Value $17.99 (on sale for $11.98 on Amazon)

Nobody can sleep when there’s a monster under their bed. Especially George! And the monster under the bed can’t sleep because there’s a monster under the floor. And so the story goes (down, down, down) until George and his brave sister Anna track down the monster at the centermost center of the earth! Funny, creative and amazing illustrations made this book a huge hit with my son.

Monster Stickers

These two sheets of monster stickers are almost identical. The bright colored monsters really pop with the black outlines. They’re more silly than scary which is perfect for young kids.

Monster Face Stickers

These monster faces have a lovely iridescent sheen to them.

Cute Costume Die Cuts

Most of these adorable guys aren’t actually stickers. They’re die cuts that could be glued down to a project or even added to an envelope like confetti. My favorite is the little girl dressed like a pig eating donuts.

Pumpkin Stickers

This sheet of stickers has lots of gourds, jack-o-lanterns and even some creepy crawlies. They perfectly fit the autumn theme of this month’s package.

Clara Stickers

Clara is a cute little girl and this sheet of stickers came packaged with a house scene you can decorate with the stickers if you choose. I thought these little girls and the bunnies and accessories were darling!

Sock Monkey Stickers

Sock Monkey wants to get in on the Halloween fun too! He’s dressed up like a cowboy and is looking as adorable as ever.

Trick or Treat Stickers

This mini sheet of stickers will make excellent envelope seals when I meal my nephews their Halloween cards this week.

Halloween Stickers

This strip of stickers has some very cool jack-o-lanterns with painted faces, but my favorite is the sugar skull.

Verdict: PapaWalk combines two of my favorite things: picture books and stickers. I would be hard-pressed to find a child that didn’t love a subscription like this. We receive quite a few books subscriptions, but none of them include themed stickers too, what a great idea! I only wish the shipping wasn’t so pricey to where I live. I do think that the value of the stickers and book is fair for the price ($12.99 a month plus $10.48 shipping to NJ) given the variety and amount of stickers they sent us. I wish they would just charge more for the subscription itself and offer free shipping. I thought the monster/Halloween theme was a fun choice and we loved the book.
