Will the huge makeup revolution advent calendar be available in the states? I just watched an unboxing on YouTube and it came from a website called SuperDrug but looks like it only ships to Europe 🙁

They ship to the US. I just did it it was $10 shipping.

don’t laugh, ladies-but QVC (yep, the tv shopping channel) has a very nice advent beauty box–it even included an eyelash curler and a make-up removing cloth last year, along with an assortment of brands & products for skincare, make-up, even haircare…it was a HUGE hit, and only $70–plus, QVC has an “easy pay” program, where they split the price into 4-6 payments–you get the box home for a $20 bill!

these aren’t available yet, but i emailed them & they said they were getting ready to offer them at the end of october, beginning of november–and, they will be different than last year!

i’m getting at least 3 this year…i want one, too!

I kind of want this. Yes, 8 highlighters (if you count “strobe balm” as a highlighter) is a lot, but I’m guessing that not all will work on my skin tone. Plus, I don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to highlighters, so maybe having so many will help with the experimentation / learning process.

Also, if you sum up the items above there are only 22 not 25. From the unboxing video, 2 lip glosses and I think an “anti-shine” product is missing from the list. Maybe the anti-shine product is to counteract all the highlighters. Haha.

8 highlighters = no way. The only thing I might use is the palette and the lipsticks. 6 lipsticks that I’d probably only be able to wear 2-3. I’ll save my money on this one.

Yep. I tried to post a comment but it got caught up in the filters…there’s an unboxing online. Search for it. She was a bit shocked too. At first I wasn’t interested but now I’m wondering if I can use them as glimmery eyeshadows or some other way (I’m pale).

As a makeup artist, I end up using the plethora of highlighters I get as eyeshadows. However I cannot imagine anyone wanting an advent calendar would want that many highlighters in the same month!

And don’t forget the 2 strobe balms on top of the 6 highlighters…hmmmm….

This is an inexpensive brand, but I have one of their highlighters and it is quite nice — I use it regularly.

FYI – I saw an unboxing of this on Youtube. Search under Eltoria. Too many highlighters for me, though…bummer.
