This month's box is themed around National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. One of the products inside benefits breast cancer research, while another supports children in need, but the common thread is that everything is pink. The back of the info card lists out organizations that support breast cancer but don't test on animals, which is cool. I suppose I just wish there was more of a giving component. Otherwise, the pink theme seems more like a mere aesthetic choice. That said, I appreciate the idea that this box even mentioning breast cancer awareness does indeed raise awareness.
While we're talking about it, can I get a round of applause for all of the cancer survivors and their supporters out there? You all are amazing. ❤️
This little card appears in the box, too, letting you know that these goodies are shipped in earth-friendly packaging!
Maeve's All Natural Contour Boosting Miracle Cream Night Nourishment, 1 fl oz - Retail Value $42.00
This natural, cruelty-free night cream has a light, sweet, flowery fragrance and absorbs beautifully into my skin. I did notice a very slight residue-like feeling (almost like extremely fine powder), but the for the antioxidant an omega fatty acids promised by this little bottle, I'm willing to put up with it. I can't wait to try this over a few weeks and see what impact it has! A coupon code comes with this product, and 10% of proceeds from its use will go towards the Breast Cancer Research Fund!
The fold-out booklet of information about this brand is so pretty! Everything is so light and delicate.
Exclusive Intended Cosmetics 100% Natural Vegan Lip Balm in Hope, 0.1 oz - Listed Value $5.00
According to the info card, this version of lip balm was made exclusively for this pink box. It's not available online, but I did see that other Intended Costmetics balms of a similar size are about $5.00 each. It could just be that my lips were super dry when I put this product on, but I felt like it was instantly soothing and incredibly moisturizing. It's made from coconut oil, shea butter, avocado oil, and a slew of other natural products aimed at nourishing and softening the lips. It doesn't have any taste (which I like about it), but the fragrance is sort of a sweet orange smell. There's a coupon code for this product, too!
Grace and Stella Hot and Cool Gel Bead Sleep Mask - Retail Value $17.95
I don't often use masks like this, but I'll admit that in the winter when my sinuses are acting up, having a warm compress like this one will help them feel oh-so-soothed. This pink mask is filled with beads that hold heat and cold. You can pop this whole mask in the microwave for a few seconds for warm beads or stow it in the fridge for cold, de-puffing beads. I think my favorite part is that the side that hits your eyes has a fleecy, slightly fuzzy feeling to it. It's really comfy. There's a coupon for this brand's store as well on the info card.
Humble Brush Toothbrush - Retail Value $4.99
So, this isn't exactly pink, but I do love the vibrant purple color of this toothbrush! I've seen wooden toothbrushes popping up in a few different subscription boxes—they must be a popular item. I like how lightweight this brush is, and that it's made largely from natural, sustainable materials. Plus, for every brush sold, a child in need is given a brush or alternative oral care. That's something to feel good about when I brush!
Verdict: This month's Kloverbox had some nice items inside, though I wish there was more of a direct tie-in with Breast Cancer Awareness Month beyond just pink items. I'm most excited about the night cream, I think. The lip balm is lovely, too, but products like it are so common (especially in subscription boxes) that it wasn't a true "wow" item for me. I do love the products and brands that this subscription opens my eyes up to, but I'm not sure this was my favorite box of theirs.

Value Breakdown: The box cost $25.00, but I got $69.94 in value. That's a savings of about 64%, which means I spent approximately the following on each item:
- Night cream - $15.01
- Lip balm - $1.79
- Eye mask - $6.42
- Toothbrush - $1.78
