DEMOCRACY - Open Front Cardigan In Copper
I love this cardigan. I actually got to try fewer pieces this month because I kept everything so long, and I wore this cardigan like eight times this month. It looks cute and is so super comfortable! It just started to get cool here in Georgia, and this was perfect! It's a polyester/acrylic blend, so it wasn't extra soft or anything, but it was nice and warm. It was really nice quality, too.
MELISSA MCCARTHY SEVEN7 - Jungle Floral Kimono
I thought this lightweight chiffon kimono was really pretty and flattering. I enjoyed wearing it and felt stylish, too! You'll notice, however, two strings in my hand. These strings came just like this in the package, and I have no idea what they are for. They're too short to go around my waist, and, well, there's two of them. Ideas?
JOHNNY WAS - Leaf Garden Tunic
This rayon tunic is the latest chapter in my neverending love/hate relationship with Johnny Was. I feel like 50% of the JW pieces I get are completely gorgeous, super stylish, and look like they should cost every penny of the hundreds of dollars that they cost. The other half just look frumpy and weird, and unfortunately, this tunic falls into the latter category. In addition to being oddly oversized, it wrinkles immediately. This picture is about 20 minutes after I steamed it and put it on. That's a deal breaker for me.
LOFT - Shoulder Button Blouse In Marigold Floral
Do you ever get a garment that just makes you feel happy to wear? I don't know what it was about this chiffon top... It's cute and I love the colors, but wearing it just made me feel happy and confident all day! I think it must be the autumn palette. This was my first opportunity to try LOFT, and I got two pieces from LOFT this month. I think LOFT is very solid quality, and I really liked both pieces.
Every once in a while I like to try something that's really not my style from Gwynnie Bee because, why not? This is not my style, but I still thought it looked pretty good. It's a jersey knit sweater with a faux button-up, like mock layering. If I did wear this style, I would be really into this faux layering because it is too warm where I live for actual layering. It's very cute! And comfortable!
LOFT - Autumn Dream Shirtdress
This chiffon dress was my second piece from LOFT, and I really liked it! I love the fun, boho pattern, and all the ruffles were well placed. I felt really girly in this! Fun!
The Verdict: I love Gwynnie Bee! This month was awesome. I enjoyed everything I received this month except the Johnny Was tunic, and I wore almost everything more than once. I like trying new things all the time, and Gwynnie Bee gives me loads of new options! It's so fun!
