I am not receiving either the Jafra perfume or the Secret Flush. I am receiving a Korres eyeshadow pencil.

Glossybox claims they do ‘several variations every month’ and yet.. these look exactly the same with the exception of one product. ????????

I cancelled my sub with them LAST month before their billing date yet these snakes charged my card for another month! I did NOT authorize that and I reading they have a nasty habit of stealing another month out of ppl who cancel anyway. I told them when I cancelled that they better not charge my card and lo they did it anyway. I left appropriate feedback about this on their public Facebook and while there read that this company is so shady. I don’t know why this blog continues to rave and promote this beauty box company…my guess is because they get them FREE in exchange for free PR???! Whatever, I called my CC company to dispute the unauthorized charge and they told me to call the company’s 800# first before writting a dispute letter, which I did but their publihed number never gets answered. Imagine that. BUYER BEWARE THESE FRAUDSTERS!!

Every subscription box has a cancellation policy, since many of them order supplies based on number of boxes they are doing. I see so many people complaining about that with all different boxes, and it’s something so simple (and always listed somewhere on their website!) that could be cleared up with the most minimum of searching. 🙄 Just saying.

I had to cancel. The boxes just got to be lower and lower quality. I switched it out for Boxycharm.

Ugh I said I wouldn’t subscribe again but for 10$ I caved. Looks like a good box plus I’m collecting their boxes for home decor.

I’m curious to see how the billing goes for the 2nd month of this deal. I just hope they don’t charge people full price, then no one can get a hold of GB to correct the billing issue.

I purchased the 3 months deal last month and got charged for 2 of the 3 months up front. I just received my September box last Friday and was happy with all the items.

They charged me $10 plus tax month and I canceled in the third month. All went smoothly.

That’s great! I actually never had any problems when I was subbed to GB, and all of my interactions with their CS always went smoothly too, but after reading all of these horror stories in dealings with GB, I was a little worried. Especially considering I’ll be re-subbing soon.

Absolutely they charge you for all three boxes at once!!! I had cancelled this sub and they went ahead without my personal and signed me up for Three more months!!! They charged my card $58.50!!! Not even the $10/3 months that they’re offering!!! I despise these people!!!

I read that for this particular deal, they’re charging $10 per month for 3 months, rather than $30 up front. Sort of like how Allure does for their $10 per month deals.

Ok… I just subbed to this one lol 😂 I officially have a problem (hangs head in shame) but for $10? I couldn’t pass it up again zzz I really wanna try the body foam. I have Fibromyalgia and Very sensitive skin so I’m hoping that this stuff will help me out, if it’s good I won’t mind buying it from Ulta…. I’m also setting a reminder for myself when to cancel so I don’t get hit with the increase 😏🙄🙂

This is definitely one of the better GB boxes I’ve seen this year. I like the first variation better (I already own Secret Flush, and would be curious to try the perfume), but I won’t be subscribing just for this.

Just anyone have a recommendation on how to cancel my GLOSSYBOX subscription. I’ve had two boxes row with missing items with no response from the company whatsoever.

I also think their products have gone downhill big-time. Are used to be a higher-end box with more full-sized Items.

There should be a link within your account to cancel. Their cancellation process is pretty easy. 🙂

And, you don’t have to wait until the last minute, once they’ve charge you for the 3 months, you’ll get all of those, but you can cancel at any time (and still get the ones they charged you for).

I hope I get the perfume like so many others, since I already have the blush/lip thing. I also hope I get the spice color, but the angel one looks great, too! This box is a win in the picture for me, no matter which one I get. While I’m not always thrilled with my glossybox, it’s been at least worth the $14 or so (with the yearly cost and discount) each box costs me.

I tried to sub with the $10 but automatically is putting in the doucce mascara code- i can’t see a way to swap the codes out. Sigh, i probably shouldn`t resub anyway.

Best way to cure an out of control subscription addiction is a few interactions with this company. Just saying that I’m extremely careful now, and not at all sure what this company is up to. It’s like gambling, random reinforcement is powerful!! Be aware.

I cancelled awhile back and always get emails to join again and every single email has turned out to be a lie. Mine also says 5 full size products, and then I see Glossybox says 3 full size. I have also had emails say a total value, which then is another lie when the specific box is shown. This is exactly why I will not join Glossybox again, even for the $10.00 a month specials.
