H is for Love Kinu Glowing Body Balm – Value $90
This is a brand new product from H is for Love, and it is launching in this box!
This body balm is made with organic olive, jojoba, coconut oils, and it has a touch of mica to give your skin a barely-there gold shimmer. They recommend massaging this into damp skin. I found it to be moisturizing and it absorbed surprisingly quickly!
(The natural scent might not be for everyone – but I’m a fan!)
H is for Love Rapha Harmonizing Oil Cleanser – 1 oz Value $22
This oil cleanser is formulated with organic olive oil, hemp seed oil, and pumpkin seed oil. The scent is a blend of lemon, chamomile, frankincense, rosemary, lavender, and turmeric essential oils.
You apply 4-6 drops to your face, massage, steam your face with a warm, damp, cloth, then wipe away any excess oil. This definitely made cleansing my face feel like a luxe beauty ritual, and the oil did a great job of removing makeup, and moisturizing my skin!
H is for Love Propolis Regenerative Face Mask – Trial Size Value $10
This mask is made with French Green Clay and Kaolin Clay. You can use it as a mask (mix two teaspoons with water, apply, then wait about 20 minutes to dry), or you can use it as an exfoliating cleanser. I opted for the exfoliation route because the scent wasn’t for me. (But the product was very gentle on my skin!)
Verdict: The October Boxwalla Green Beauty subscription box has a value of about $122. I think that’s great for a $50 natural beauty box that focuses on sending you some of the best products from high-end natural beauty brands.
The face oil and body balm are two new favorites for me this month!
