  1. I wish my life goals would have turned out better….this box looks like so much fun, but there is no way I could justify paying so much…but it looks phenomenal for the ones that can:)

  2. 5th Ave is my favorite sub so far. Even though often their shipping takes longer, you get really great boxes. They don’t send the same box to everybody and accommodate your preferences.
    CS was very good and friendly in my experience.

  3. I emailed them 2 days ago, no response yet. I’m still waiting on my Fall box that was supposed to ship the week of Sept 22.

      • Oh, ok, trying to think of how that could work against me and coming up blank. They didn’t answer my second inquiry via email even though they made it seem like they did and I know they watch comments on here for new spoilers. It’s a month past the date they said autumn boxes would ship and they don’t proactively tell you anything. Thanks for looking out though!

        • I had the same experience when I ordered the Special Edition Purple Box. My order was shipped a month late without any communication until I emailed them several times. I was finally informed that the item I requested was on back order. I’m giving them another opportunity to do better. I ordered another special edition box, in hopes there will be no shipping delays or problems. I will post an update of my next experience with this subscription. I understand your frustration because this subscription is several hundred dollars….they should do better with communication.

          • I hope you don’t have any issues this time around! I realize that these bags shipping from Europe can take a while but I guess there should be a way to account for that when they list ship dates. Or, maybe give a range for dates to ship? That may deter people from ordering though. And yes, I paid $195 with the early bird coupon several months ago so I’m anxious to get my items as this is not a small amount of money to part with so far in advance. Makes me nervous so I hope it’s worth it……I’m sure it will be I just like to be in the loop for when I can expect my items. I will say posting on here did trigger them to answer my second email quickly and they said my bag from Italy is due in next week. We shall see, I’m sure I will love it and I guess that tells me which bag I’m getting too, yay!

        • I had the same frustrating experience….very poor communication and they were pissy towards the end of the transaction.
