I’m currently using the Laurel Honey Berry Enzyme Mask, which was a sidekick in a Beauty Heroes box from last year, and it has to be one of the most moisturizing masks I’ve every used. My skin felt so soft after rinsing it off. I seriously debated whether to use a toner afterward like I usually do after masking. (I did.. habits die hard) It also had exfoliating bits like Mahalo’s The Bean mask, so it lent to some nice exfoliating as well. It smelled & tasted like honey too! (I accidentally tasted some of it as it started to melt a little as it was quite warm in my house when I was using it… but, it tasted just like actual honey! haha) Anyway, I’ve always heard/read only great things about Laurel, but after (finally!) having tried one of their products, I’m sold on this line. 🙂

I agree the Honey Berry is one of my favorites and probably the best sidekick ever! I was very excited to see this line as the spoiler, but I have back stock of at least 10 masks that aren’t even open yet!

I don’t think anyone will be disappointed with this box, and the bowl and brush are a great sidekick, they make masking even more luxurious!

I was hoping it would be the eye serum or balm, but with my upcoming trip to Broadway to see The Boss, my wallet will thank me! 🙂

Nice! Have fun! I love musicals. 🙂

I was on the verge of hitting “BUY” until I read the directions for the mask:

“Leave on for 10-30 minutes, then rinse. Keep mask hydrated to keep mask active and prevent drying on skin. The longer the mask is left on the more frequently it will need to be rehydrated to stay active.”

Colour me completely confused!! I live in SoCal, where we have Summer roughly 350 days a year. We’re a desert. Nothing stays hydrated for more than about 2 minutes. Am I supposed to keep spraying myself with a water bottle for 10-30 minutes then?? Don’t expect to relax during this mask unless you’re under a mister!

So not only am I cheap, I’m also very lazy. I need simple, easy & effective.

What?!?! I must be out of the loop or something because I certainly never knew this! I love clay/mud Masks because I tend to have oily skin and every single one drys, so does that mean all this time my masks has only been effective the first 2 minutes?? Gosh and hear I’ve been thinking when it dried that meant it was tightening my pores!

I read in Allure (I think) that it’s better to not let the mask dry completely because you might pull at your skin too much to take it off.

Luna

I agree that is a lot of work! However, I have read that masks are truly only active when they stay hydrated. I know that’s counterintuitive to a lot of instructions that say to wear a mask until it dries, but keeping a mask hydrated makes a lot of sense to me; but, I still let it dry too, because constantly misting my face is not relaxing to me. 🙂

ok, I’m on no buy, but I’m gonna get it. I was mad at myself for not getting the Mahalo bean mask and I’m not letting this mask go this time. I’m a mask addict and I dont deny it
