This box comes with a folded card detailing the items included.

I love that the info card is illustrated and has the cute copy “Why it’s rad”!

The back has a note from Katherine Martinez, Nylon’s Director of E-Commerce, with a short synopsis of the items from this month’s box.

Nylon x Valfré StickerApp Stickers – Value $

Nylon box always includes some cute stickers, and this time they are by artist Valfré.

The super cute feminine illustrations feature things like a rose, a tube of lipstick, a Nylon cover, and a cat, among others! Def worth stickin’ all over boring stuff!

Sigma E25 Blending Travel Brush – Value $16

The value they have listed for this brush is for the full size instead of travel, but the only difference seems to be the length of the handle, so it does the same job in my book, just in a more compact version.

I like that they outline how to use it for eyeshadow novices like myself.

This brush actually comes at the perfect time because I just acquired an eyeshadow palette recently to try out, but wasn’t sure about the included brush.

The bristles of the brush are white and have a rounded tip for blending evenly.

They’ve also included a promo code for Nylon Box subscribers to save 25% at their online store.

Punky Pins Rose Pin Set – Value $12.14

Another thing Nylon Box likes to include is a patch, or in this case, a pin. Actually- two pins this time! There are two sides to every rose and here they have both! Wait, is that a saying?

This could easily be a bestie set where you can give one rose away to your better half. So lovely!

Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Nosferatu (sample size) – $8

I’m so excited to see my favorite liquid lipstick in the box this month! I am obsessed with Kat Von D’s formula and already own quite a few colors. Luckily, I don’t have this one, so it’s new to my collection.

The Nylon booklet has this value as $20, but there’s no way that’s right because this is smaller than a full size (which costs that much). After looking at Kat Von D’s website, it looks like you can buy sets of two of this size for $19, so I’m going to value this at $8.

This deep dark red color is a wonderful shade now that we are getting into cooler months, and as Katherine mentioned on the back of the booklet, it’s time to swap nude lips for a more dramatic tone. I agree!

As always, this liquid lipstick glides on so smoothly and I love applying it! What I didn’t notice until I had it on is that it has subtle gold metallic tones to it which really gives it depth. I love it!!

Zoya Nail Lacquer in Tabitha – Value $10

I’m already familiar with Zoya, so I know it’s “Big 10 Free” which means it’s made without a bunch of gross chemicals that a lot of polishes are made with like formaldehyde, parabens, and lead.

This color, Tabitha, is a really dark rich green color with a bit of shimmer that reminds me a lot of the amazing trees I just saw while camping in Kings Canyon National Park last week. It’s a beautiful color for fall that conjures up dark evergreen vibes.

Liz was kind enough to model this polish for me since I just returned from that camping trip where all of my acrylics broke off. 🙁 It looks so great on! Will be even better for late fall/early winter.

Lange Hair Replenish Detangling Conditioning Spray – Value $19

I’m a big fan of using conditioning spray when I get out of the shower to tame any flyaways I have from split ends and the like. The ingredients listed on the front, like aloe chamomile and sage sound wonderful.

This is a full-size bottle at 4.5 oz. which should last a while on my thin, shoulder-length hair.

Once I sprayed it, it smelled sort of like cocoa butter which is delightful to me.

Ogee Daily Facial Cleansing Cloths, 30 count – Value $20

Facial cleansing cloths are my preferred method to take my makeup off, so these are welcomed into my home. I’ve tried a few brands, but haven’t used these before, so I’m curious how they stack up to the one I currently use.

These amazingly are made with 94% certified organic ingredients, too!

I like that this one comes with a plastic seal that you can shut to keep the cloths moist. The brand I currently use doesn’t have that and when the sticker seal is opened too many times, it stops being sticky and the cloths start to dry out. I accidentally got some of the Kat Von D lipstick on my arm and tried to wipe it off with a regular dry paper towel which left a stain behind. I decided this was the perfect test for these wipes and one easily took all the pigment off. I consider lipstick the hardest to remove, so I’m impressed.

Verdict: Nylon Box is such an awesome value! I got over $85 of products for only $19.99! Everything was full size except the liquid lipstick, and the cleansing cloths OR the conditioning spray alone pay for the box. What?! So good. Everything I received is super usable and I was glad to see brands I know and love. Only two boxes in and I am already hooked on Nylon.

  1. I’m always chuffed to see KVD in boxes! I wish Nylon would email with shipping/tracking info — I wish that all boxes did that. As it is, I don’t know if my box will come today, or if I should sit back and wait for after the weekend for it to get here.

  2. Subscribed, and they already shipped my box! This box is getting better with each month.

  3. Oo what a fab box, might have to cave! That’s my fave KVD colour, so glad she changed the formula from the original – would be great to have a travel size. Drooling over the Zoya polish, I think I have nearly every green from them but not this one, hmm… Everything else looks great as well, thanks for the review! 😘💚⚡️Jet

  4. Wow, Marnie, your eyes are stunning!

    • Aw, shucks! Thanks, Mary! 👀

  5. Previous Nylon boxes haven’t appealed to me but, this one is right up my alley! And, I’m only pulling the trigger since there’s a $5 off code; can’t see me keeping this sub long term for $20.

  6. I like the green jewel tone of the polish.

But overall, I liked last month better.

  7. Love this one! Mine showed up today unexpectedly. I love Valfre art, and that lipstick is amazing.

  8. thanks for posting this! I got my box earlier today and didn’t realize my stickers were missing. I just thought maybe they dropped them from the sub. Total bummer, I love everything Valfre does.

    • Hey Jackie, I’ve heard about others missing stickers via last month’s comments, but it sounds like when they reached out to customer service, Nylon sent them out, so you might want to try that!

  9. Every Rose has its thorn 🎤🎶🎵

    • Hahaha I was thinking the same!

  10. I came home to find this at my door, even though I had skipped this month. But I opened it anyway, because I have no self control 🙂

I love it! The de tangling spray has wheat aminos in it, which will make me itchy (celiac who gets a rash from gluten!) but even without that it’s still a great box! And the de tangling spray gets added to the stash of things to give people later on.

    • Hey, How do you skip a month? I didn’t see the option anywhere on the website?

      • If you go into your account there’s an option to manage subscriptions. Then (on mobile, haven’t tried on a regular computer) there’s a drop down menu and one of the options is future shipments. Each month has a skip choice.

        • Aah got it thanks!

      • I’m not sure if it works or functions correctly though. May want to call their customer service to check and see if there is a date you have to do it by each month…

  11. This looks like a really good box compared to the first couple! I used to get Zoya nail polishes all the time in my Birchboxes years ago. I Love the Kat Von D lipstick shade too, it’s beautiful.

  12. Great box this month!!!!

  13. Aw man, thought the roses were earrings! Would have loved that! Great review. And I love the kvd on you! I too, love her formula!

    • Thank you, Carolina!

  14. I’d use all the products in this box! Can you still get it or no?

    • Hey Haley! As long as it isn’t sold out, you have until the 26th to order this box!
      Good luck!

      • Hey Marne, I just subscribe s to this box and saw that the amount got cut from my account. Do you think that means I’ll get this box?
One thing I noticed was that on future shipments it just shows me oct onwards.

        • They may be holding it for next month. Julep did that to me.

        • I subscribed last night and got a shipment notice today 🙂

        • Hey Av! I can’t be 100% sure, but since you ordered before the cutoff of the 26th, you should be receiving this one as your first box.

      • If you’re still interested in the box, I can send you mine! I haven’t opened and don’t want it. I forgot to cancel my sub in time.

  15. So far I haven’t seen anything in this box that would give me FOMO.

    We’ll see how it goes…

    • Yea, the last two were cooler/better.
