I have called their CS 3 times and emailed them once. I called again today and after being placed on hold for over 10 minutes, I was told to leave my name and number. All of this is related to an issue from the JULY box!!

I have been subscribed to Glossybox for 3 years and never had a problem with their CS. All my issues have been resolved efficiently. Looks like now they are understaffed, but even then they respond within 4 days. I am surprised at all this negativity.

Listen to all the negative feedback that are in the comments in the reviews,we are the real costumers,we do not get VIP treatment because we are bloggers,or get free products or commissions!
YOU WILL SOONER OR LATER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE AND REMEMBER THIS EMAIL THE. REGRET IT MISERABLY!!!
I had boxy,birch, beauty fix,popsugar,play etc never ever I dealt with such awful disrespectful people as Glossybox.
Stay away!!!

This is why I’m soooooo thankful to have found MSA where we can learn from other people’s issues (and flat out mistakes) and read honest reviews. I’ve learned way more (practical information) from this website than I did in 4 years of college. LOL.
