Still waiting since July 17th for a response from gb. I’m out $152.00. I’m stalking them every way possible. Very disappointed in the lack of cs. Don’t fall for their come ons.

Have you tried calling them out on social media? IG was particularly useful for me 😉

Good luck!

Nope. Not biting at that apple again. Subbed and Cancelled then Fell for the last discount and regretted it after another broken product with poor customer service. Taking my money elsewhere

If I was going to spend $15 I would get Allure over Glossybox. Much better selection IMO.

I would do this but am on overload now….I have not had problems with their CS (manicured fingers crossed.) Have been pleased with the boxes – especially at the $10 price. $15 is a good price point for them, IMHO. (ala Allure.)

I’d rather pay $15 than $21 to get my freebie (which is likely gonna happen.) I just don’t want a duplicate of September!! 😡

lol that’s what I got stuck with! It’s quite awful!

So frustrating. I wish they would allow current subscribers whose subs are ending take advantage of the deal for the next month. It MIGHT encourage existing customers to stay.

I tried Glossybox for 3 months at $10 per box. It actually exceeded my expectations and I loved the products, and even with the miscommunications of the company in some areas, such as misleading advertising of the box value or products, I was very happy with the curation of the boxes I received. There wasn’t a product I didn’t like or couldn’t use. Even for $15 I think this is a great box.
But for the regular price, I would much rather try BoxyCharm or another box instead. I know there are some disappointed GlossyBox customers out there, but I’ve been pretty satisfied with this sub!

Unless you can get it for $10/per or cheaper just pass. There are so many more worth while boxes out there to try.

Their customer service is horrific. I loved them until I had a problem….I will NEVER order from them again!

It’s the same as 25% off.

Horrible customer service I however did love most the products but customer service was a deal breaker..I tried for 3 months when it was $10 a box 2 great months and never received the last box (granted was error with my post office, however it took nearly 6 weeks to get a response from Glossy and it was a generic reply had to do chargeback to get my $) maybe if it was $15 for 3 months but no was not even for the $10 a month would I try again.

I like their products but I am still short one box from my last go round of 3 boxes for ten dollars each. Customer Service took a while to respond, and while they were very nice, I couldn’t get my last box – I just gave up.

If you are one of the lucky ones who never has issues, there are lovely items in the box. I did have that infamous blush break – but They replaced my broken item within 2 weeks which was fine.

Maybe the $15 will allow for better items? 🤞🏻

Maybe, but it probably won’t fix their customer service… That’s why I won’t sign up. Or the quality of the items in their box. Broken items, seals broken on items. Even when they replace them, the new items can come broken, seals might be broken… There’s just not good customer care from my perspective. Always think twice. And make informed decisions. But the good can out weigh the bad, only you can decide that.
