  1. When I called and spoke to a CSR about my order, I was informed I would not be getting a box there was an error and they were sold out. I never received the email like some people did about the winter boxes. I happened to look on today and all boxes are in stock and they are back up to $35 each !! What gives?? Very poor business practices!!

  2. I received my shipment today. Originally ordered 3 different boxes and a water bottle. I was charged for 2 boxes and a water bottle. Today, I opened my package and the packing slip listed a fall box, winter box, and water bottle HOWEVER the winter box didn’t actually get included. I’m hoping I can still get my winter box that I’ve paid for and that they don’t run out of stock first by replacing everyone’s summer box :/

  3. Did anyone else get an email that says they have extra Winter 2016 boxes and asks if you’d like that instead (to replace Summer 2016 box)?

    • Yeah, I did.

    • Yes, I did. I responded to them that I would like to take them up on the offer and I got an automated reply stating that my response was under review by the customer service department. I asked to replace all 4 of my summer boxes with the winter boxes. My daughter LOVES the Exfolikate so that alone pays for the boxes. Plus the micellar water is great for travel. Any duplicates that we don’t want will be donated.

    • I never received an email about replacing a box. I even contacted them last week to ask about shipping and whether I would be receiving the Summer 2017 box after I had read on MSA that many people had received emails concerning that box. I originally ordered that box and the Winter 2016 box, plus a water bottle, and they confirmed I would be receiving those items. Well my order came today, and according to the packing slip I received what I ordered. Yet that’s not what was in the box. I received the Winter box and the bottle, but instead of the Summer 2017 box I got the Fall 2016 box. They just put in a different box. I would have preferred it if they had just cancelled that part of my order.

    • Yes I did! I got on chat with CS and they said they were giving a limit of 3 Winter 2016 while supplies last. Get on Chat girls! Don’t lose out! I was charged right away!

      • Thanks! I am (hopefully) going to be getting three of the Winter boxes, since my summers evidently aren’t coming. We’ll cull extras of things my daughter wants to keep, see what can be put into a gift bag for her best friend for Yule, then add the remainder to the donation box for the local shelter for homeless LGBTQ+ youth. We put together a box whenever elf cosmetics does their big seasonal sales, so this will go well with it. BTW, definitely get on the email list for elf, as they have some nice things for less than a dollar each when they have the seasonal sales (we’ve hit two so far). My daughter likes their quality.

    • I received the email offering the winter box to replace the summer boxes that I paid for and they cancelled.
      I also received one box today–the winter essentials.
      In total, I ordered 6 boxes and will receive 3–maybe.
      The box that I did get was intact–others have had missing items.

  4. I finally received my boxes – ordered all the three 2016 boxes, but received Fall and Winter. The Fall box is missing the Kate Somerville item, but it’s included in the Winter box. If they still have it in stock, not sure why they didn’t include it in the Fall boxes as well, but for $8.75 I am okay with it.
    Also, I didn’t expect that the lashes would be quite so extra, I prefer more natural-looking ones, but I suppose that would be fun to try for some special occasion.

    And having looked at the Summer 2016 spoilers and review I have to say I am really not sorry I didn’t receive it, in fact I don’t think I should have even ordered it in the first place. The NYX Lip Ombre Duo, for instance, is one of my favorites, and back when it came out I got it in like six or seven different shades, but the shade they included in that box was simply awful. And I already have all the NYX Jumbo Eye pencils, wouldn’t have benefited from another one. The Smashbox brow product would have been in a totally wrong color for me, I’ve already had a few samples of the Better Than Sex mascara by now that I totally didn’t care for, and the rest of the items in the box I really don’t care about. Also, it looks like the Luxie fan brush Beautycon has listed on their Summer 2016 page is not something they actually sent out.

    So, kinda dodged a bullet there, if anything. 🙂

    • I think it was listed incorrectly on the Fall 2016 box because when I looked at the reviews I don’t think it was included in them either.

        Oh, also forgot to add about the Summer 2016 box, that the Benzac item they sent out was expired even then – I remember seeing a bunch of comments about that.

        Yeah, definitely haven’t lost out on anything there…

  5. The single box I had ordered came last week. There was no notice of the 3 I had previously placed an order for. When I queried it on 9/14, suddenly there was a fedex number for an order. If I hadn’t asked, I suspect there would have been no communication, and possibly no order! Now I wonder if there will be all 3 boxes, and if they’ll be complete. Or if they’ll come, as there has been no update since and there’s no estimated date of delivery (nothing traced beyond origin of order).

  6. Chatted using their app. the rep told me my order was placed on hold because of Hurricane Irma ( I’m in FL). I just checked tracking and will get it on the 21st but it weights just 4.1lbs & I ordered 1 of each box & was already charged for them.

  7. I ordered the following:

    1st order: summer 2016, summer 2017, winter 2016 and a water bottle
    2nd order: summer 2016

    I received an email that my order was cancelled but was charged for my first order amount so I assumed my second order was cancelled. Today I received my first order but instead of the water bottle they sent me a Fall 2016 box. That was the only one I didn’t want. ☚ī¸ I guess I should just be happy I got something.

    Also note that the slip covers on the boxes didn’t match the pictures online.

  8. I received my Summer 2017 box today. Everything was packaged nicely and everything was intact. So, as I was told by customer service… I will be receiving Summer 2017 (Summer 2016 order was cancelled) and Winter 2016 will be here on Monday.

    • I ordered all 4 boxes and received an email on the 13th that they had run out of the Summer 2016 box and had cancelled that order.
      I got the package today and ALL 4 boxes were shipped.
      Not sure what happened but based on my experience, I would wait to receive your package and see what they actually shipped

      • I also ordered all 4 boxes and got the cancellation email. I received ALL 4 boxes today! I was VERY surprised!! đŸ˜ŗđŸ˜Ŧ😉

      • How many boxes were you charged for?

        • I had 2 different charges. 1st was $8.75 on 9/6 & another for $26.25 on 9/11.

      • I also ordered all 4 and received email summer box canceled. Received all 4 boxes today and am impressed. What a great deal for the price. Thank you Beautycon.

  9. Wonder what is going on? Got charged for one, then a wk later got charged for 2 more. (Ordered 3) now received email one was canceled., wonder how long till I see a refund? Sent email, no reply yet. For some reason can’t log onto account. Maybe I will try the chat like someone else mentioned.. understand they didn’t have enough to fulfill all the orders, I just want to know when refund will be posted back to my account.

    • you will receive three boxes. For all orders they charged for one box when the order was placed and charged later for the boxes they ship/shipped/will be shipped.

    • Ordered in first hour; my summer 2016 box was canceled and had to email them numerous times to get info on my order status. Got 2 boxes today and the spring 2016 is missing the main item; the Kate Somerville product! And it’s not a honest mistake! Because the description on their site list the item, but the list in the actual box does not list the Kate Somerville product, so it’s obvious false advertising and illegal misrepresentation. I emailed them to either get send the product or get a refund; let just say I’m not holding my breathe on that one and will contact my CC instead! Know. Ow why they’re going out of biz! Had the same issue with LLB! I no longer trust these subscriptions companies
