  1. I ordered two boxes on August 28th and a bracelet. I was to have received a free cuff with each purchase. Have not received those yet. The bracelet I ordered came in the wrong color which Caroline took care of that. I also thought the two boxes I purchased were single purchase but they were not, Caroline straightened that out also, but nothing about the cuffs. I also purchased a year subscription because I was impressed with the jewelry.
    This month I received the three boxes, which October is the month my single box begins…however, two of the boxes were silver not gold. Contacted Caroline, and was told that I need to send them back and if there isn’t a return label the shipping would be refunded. However, again there was no mention of the free cuffs with purchase I have never received. Love the jewelry, but I am concerned about if shipping will be refunded or if I will ever get the free cuffs. Hopefully, there will also not be any more issues with receiving the wrong color.

    • Ok, seriously concerned. Maybe the English is not translating well. I did receive a free cuff…not the one I was to have received and only one, was to have gotten 2. Well I’m in it for a year! Thank goodness I like the jewelry and am certain my friends will also!

  2. The reason for the lack of subscribers and difficulty keeping them is definitely the jewelry quality. The customer service is wonderful but I’ve had more items shown up broken than not, even from regular non-box orders. I’m not planning to re-sub after my current paid sub. runs out unless quality improves.

      We’re sorry about the fact you received a damaged item. Unfortunately, this could happen whith the shipping of fine jewelry from France to the US.
      I remember your e-mail, we immediately reacted and resend an other jewelry piece to you.

      Reaching the perfect quality of service is not an option for us, and we are doing better and better every month, we very much hope we’ll get you back very soon at Emma & Chloé! 😉



  3. I feel like this this company is struggling to keep their current subscribers and getting the new ones. I noticed they have been running great promotions since Memorial Day but looks like it’s not helping… 🙁 I don’t know the reason, but my guess is that one of the reasons is that it’s really hard to please everyone since a lot of people have different styles and preferences when comes to jewelry.

    • The SUBADDICTION code worked for me.. This was my first time going to the site. Don’t know if that makes a difference. It ended up being $25.00. I think in order to get the free piece of jewelry you have to add an item to your cart.

        • Oh, no!!! I wish I’d have known how to do it… I already subscribed with the $10 off.. I sent a few inquiries in asking if it was still possible to use the other promo code instead and pay the extra $10 but haven’t heard back yet. If it’s a possibility please let me know. Thank you

        • I just looked at the past boxes and am so disappointed I couldn’t figure out how to use the SEPTEMBER code… If it’s possible can I pay the $10 and get the first box of 2016 Munin Necklace in silver, or the Kanop bracelet in silver, the little drop bracelet, the button necklace, Audrey long necklace in silver, braiding bracelet in silver or any other item? I love them all…
          My mother, whom lives with me also wants to join monthly. Is it possible to do 2 subscriptions for the same address? I probably sound like a cheapskates but the SEPTEMBER code was by far the best deal I’ve ever come across. Please let me know

      Did you make sure to enter your email address before to put the promo code? Did you place the previous box selected in your cart as well?
      The codes work great on our side, please let me know if you need additional help on that,
