There’s an info card from your stylist, urging you to share your new look with the hashtag #earfleek.

Each pair of earrings also comes with a temporary tattoo. Mine this time are feathers turning into birds in flight.

Instead of coming on a card, the earrings are packed in a plastic resealable pouch and stuck into a rubbery tube to keep them from poking out of the envelope.

Rose Gold Owl Earrings

I thought these were gold at first, but upon further inspection, they have a rosy tone. Owls really had their day in the sun for years and years. Here, they are in classic 70s form, reminding me of a macrame owl hanging my mom had in our house when I was a kid in the early 80s.

They are solid little guys that are all metal without any stones or coloring. Nice n simple, and always nickel free.

On my ear, they look a little more yellow than rose gold, but I think it’s due to the yellow background and my platinum hair. Their petite size lends just enough sparkle to my otherwise plain jane ear.

Verdict: EarFleek is only $3.49 per month (or only $1.75 if you use our MSA50 50% off code!). I don’t consider myself to have boho style in the least, but these lil owls are pretty cute anyhow. I may keep them around if I want to add a little flair to my lobes.

Have you subscribed to EarFleek yet? What are you waiting for??

  1. These are cute, i picked boho but got gold and white small dangles. Which doesn’t seem boho at all. I’ve received 2 pair so far and wouldn’t wear either. I’m going to give them one more shot , if I don’t like them , I will cancel.

    • Hi Veronica,
We’re sending out a free replacement pair to make up for this 🙂 Sorry for the inconvenience!

  2. Nice review Marnie. This seems like a no brainer as a gal can never have too many earnings, lipsticks (that next purchase is going to be The One!!) or dead presidents, aka $$$$. I’m glad they are nickel free, but would like to know what they are made of? Even though my ears were pierced 20+ years ago, Anything other than gold, sterling silver or surgical steel earrings and within a couple of hours my earlobes start getting irritated & inflamed. I doubt at their price point I’d be able to make use of this Sub. 🙁

  3. received for 2 months. The first pair which such poor quality (actually fell apart as I took them out of the package), that I threw them away. Not to mention, I had subscribed for the minimalist set, and they were huge dangly things. The second set were better quality, but large starfish for September? I cancelled. Not a bad price, you certainly will receive the quality you pay for…

    • So glad I’m not the only one! I got my first ones today and they were complete crap. Gold and slightly tarnished with a cheap stud in the middle. I have no idea what shape they should be. Definitely cancelled immediately.

    • Thank you! I keep wanting to try this because the price is good, but the reviews on the site aren’t great. Your review keeps me from hitting the buy button yet again. I want to like this and want it to be good, but it’s clear there are issues. I’ll keep getting my $4 nickel-free ones from Cato where I can pick them out myself LOL

      • If you ever change your mind, we’ll be here for you 🙂

  4. I would definitely give it a try if they gave an option for metal color, but I don’t wear gold, so I’m not willing to risk it.

  5. My choice is boho and I got a similar stud pair. Mine are butterflies. Not a fan. Great price, but I cancelled.

  6. I wish we could see all three styles for a few months.

    • That would help if they sent each style the same set of earrings each month, but one person with Young at Heart might receive a pair of cupcake earrings for September, and someone else with Young at Heart might receive a pair of unicorn earrings. You pretty much have to go off just examples to see what yours might look like.

    • Hey Kim! We have two more reviews coming, so you can check them out!
