I am so frustrated with Boxycharm. My August box was sent to my old address. I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement to my correct address. My August box just finally shipped on September 18th. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but the tracking said “delivery exception” in Memphis. I called FedEx and they said they stopped the delivery because boxycharm had sent an empty box. I don’t even understand how that happens. They should still have my original box. If someone’s box is returned, you don’t resell it to someone else. The original recepient PAID for that box.

I too am deeply disappointed with customer service at Boxycharm.
My September box arrived with a shattered mirror in the eyeshadow palette–they stated that it was a shipping problem and “gave” me 1000 charms–what good does that do for me?
I’m now sorry that I paid for a 6 month subscription.

That’s really frustrating. They finally emailed me yesterday and said they refunded me because they don’t have anymore boxes. Why not the box I paid for? If it was returned, send it back to me. I don’t understand this model of selling it to someone else.

I got the autumn blush last year in my boxy and I love it! It’s a really pretty shimmery rust blush.

I had no idea about this , so you review an item from your BOXYCHARM box and you get points for each review you do on each product?
I use to be subscribed to Birchbox and at the time they had a similar Point system. Not sure but I think Birchbox changed it. I
no longer subscribe to Birchbox.

I haven’t been able to redeem any of my charms in almost 3 years now. I probably lost some of them. There’s either nothing I want or what I do want is always out of stock. I really, really wish they would let you use them to buy previous boxes.

They used to let you buy past boxes a long time ago, or maybe that was birchbox. I was saving with them so long to buy a clearasonic Mia then they stopped the point system and crashed that dream! ☹️ No longer with them.

FYI most of these items are already out of stock. Of course the pencil sharpener and nail Polish are available…ugh.

I have like $90 in charms and there’s nothing I want…😞

Same here. I have about $65 in charms I’ve gotten in exchange for missing or broken items in boxes when they didn’t have replacement stock. The charm shop never has anything I’m interested in.

I literally don’t understand how the Charms work (and I’m not a computer idiot), so I’ve never done it….

To gain charms make sure to review each item, you can do that by in the top menu clicking “The Box” then selecting a box, e.g “Setempber 2017”. The window with all the possible items comes up and then you click the item. In the items page you should see a black bar that says “write a review”, if you have already written a review for that item it will let you know.

You can then go to My account select My account preferences and see you balance in that page. If you click the pink bar that says choose my rewards you can turn your charms into what I call coupons. You can choose to redeem your charms into values from $10- $50 dollars off or Free Shipping. Please note that you can not use two of the same coupons at the same time. You can only use one of each value per transaction at a time, so you can use a 10 & 20 dollars off but not two $20 off. Also if you do not use all the entire value of the coupon it will be lost, so say you get a $40 off coupon but only use 32 dollars then you lose the 8$ and they wont apply this value towards shipping.

Hope this was helpful, I tried to be a little more detailed for others as well.

You go into your account and pull down from your account area where it says redeem charms. It will open a new window with the amount you have and then you can redeem 1000 for $10 or 2000 for $20, etc. It will ask you if you are sure and then say it redeemed them. After that you go back to the main screen and go to the area where it says redeem charms. All the new products pull up. When you pick them and check out, the redemption will automatically show up. I just did this a few minutes ago. They charge you a $2 shipping charge. Also I was able to get a $24 product with 2000 points. Paid $6 total in the end. Hope this helps.
